FAQ

Insoles

  • Do you offer half sizes?

Half sizes are not currently available, we would recommend purchasing the next size up and trimming the insole if required. *Please note, once you cut your insoles, they can no longer be returned or refunded.

  • Can Insoles be cut down to size?

Yes, as we do not offer half-sizes, your insoles can be cut with a pair of sharp scissors to fit. *Please note, once you cut your insoles, they can no longer be returned or refunded.

  • How should the insoles be cleaned?

To clean your insoles, dab them with a damp cloth and let them air-dry overnight.

  • How long will the insoles last?

Based on an independent test, ENERTOR Performance Insoles last several times longer than standard insoles. After testing the insoles on runners and impact sports athletes, ENERTOR Insoles remained undeformed after 18 months. We would recommend buying a new pair when you replace your running shoes.

  • Are they offered in wide sizes?

ENERTOR will fit any standard pair of trainers or hiking boots. If you are wearing wide industrial safety boots they may not fit. If you have a wide foot, the ENERTOR 3/4 length will protect you on heel strike. Please email info@enertor.com and tell us if you have trouble finding a correct size.

  • Should I remove the existing insoles from my shoes?

For our full length insoles, Yes. You should remove the existing insole from your shoes. The heel cups and ¾ insoles can be placed directly on top of your existing insole

  • Can I transfer the insoles from shoe to shoe?

Yes, the insoles can be put into any shoe providing the shoe has enough space in the toe. If you think your shoes are of a tighter fit, you should consider getting a pair of 3/4 length insoles, or just the heel cup.

  • How much weight/impact can the insoles take?

Because of the unique material there is no limit of body weight placed onto the insoles. The material will protect your feet under impact regardless of body weight.

  • Can they be worn while walking through water?

Yes, just take them out of your trainers after the event, clean them with a damp cloth and let them air dry.

  • Why are my insoles making a squeaking noise?

Occassionally, friction occurs between the insole and the shoe. To remedy this, place a small amount of talcum powder between the insole and the shoe and the noise should stop.

Health

  • Do the insoles help someone with flat feet or high arches?

Yes—ENERTOR PERFORMANCE and ENERTOR COMFORT & PROTECT are designed to provide support to all arch heights, high and low.. The design of the insole can reduce the pressure on the forefoot and improve the functionality of the big toe area.

  • Do I need to consult a doctor before purchasing insoles?

This is not required as our insoles are approved and recommended by clinicians because of the design and unique smart flow material which reacts very differently compared to other materials. If you have pain that persists, you should seek medical advice.

  • Can the insoles improve health?

ENERTOR’s design was created by clinicians who have served the Health Care Groups for many years. Their knowledge combined with the unique smart pattern material within the insoles improves your performance and the functionality of your foot. The shock attenuation under the heel and forefoot will decrease, and you will want to walk or run further and faster, improving you health. Challenge yourself and break your limits!

    Good Support
Not used insoles before but have been very impressed with these. Size 10s fit snuggly in my trainers (once I’d taken the old ones out) and don’t move when on the run. Very comfortable and help to cushion the impact when road running. Very pleased.

    A very comfortable insole
I have had 2 rounds of golf in the last 7 days, the insoles have been excellent. I normally have sore heels and calves after one round, however using these insoles those pains are not there, even after 2 rounds

An excellent insole for athletic use.
The Enertor Performance Insoles are extremely comfortable. The additional heel support provides an extra level of comfort and protection from the pounding and heat that comes from training and competing.

    Alien…
These insoles absorb all shock and accelerate me forward when I run. I’ve tried insoles many times from different brands that promise what these insoles actually do.

wont fit in spikes, but great for training shoes
These are too thick to fit in track spikes, but they feel great in my training flats and regular running shoes. They even brought back to life, some shoes that I thought were worn out.

Haven’t really used insoles before but these were a good fit into my shoe and were very comfortable around your foot. Highly recommend using these if you run a lot.

    Very comfy
Found these very comfy and cushioned but did slightly supinate my feet. On one leg this felt fine on other it took a bit of getting use to. I used these at the end of an Olympic triathlon where the 10k run was very tough and the comfort was noted. Only problem being with the thickness of the insole, when I ran without socks this lifted my heel up in shoe and gave me a blister where I can normally run in my triathlon trainers without socks. I’d only use these for longer triathlons where I would definitely be wearing socks.
