Enertor Walking insoles utilise our ground-breaking PX1 technology to:

  • Prevent and relieve injuries - Absorbs 51% of the force of each foot strike, relieving pain and decreasing the risk of injury
  • Enhance energy return - Reduces fatigue enabling walkers to walk longer distances more easily.
  • Boost cushioning - Enhances comfort and muscle recovery.

Our Enertor insoles also feature:

  • Slight raised heel - to aid tight muscles and keep the foot protected at point of highest impact
  • Drop point - to help reduce pain in the big toe or bunions
  • Met pad - at the forefoot to prevent and relieve pain
  • Cushioned arch support - to help lessen pronation and improve stability

Enertor insoles are made in Britain. They are designed to last. You can rely on yours for approximately 500 miles or 1 year.

 They are suitable for:

  • Shoes with removable insoles
  • Neutral or supportive running shoes
  • Neutral runners or those who mildly pronate (not for those who supinate)

FAQs

We recommend buying your shoe size.

 If you’re a half-size, always size up.

For example if you are a 6.5 buy our size 7-8. Our insoles can be easily trimmed with scissors at the forefoot for a perfect fit.

Simply use your current shoe insole as a guide when trimming and trim from the top.

If helpful, you can also compare the insole measurements in our sizing chart here

Enertor insoles were designed to reduce impact, improve biomechanics and relieve common pain points, making them ideal for helping with:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Runner’s knee / patellofemoral pain
  • Shin splints
  • IT band syndrome
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Calf pain or tightness
  • Ball-of-foot pain / metatarsalgia /Morton’s neuroma
  • Lower-back pain from impact
  • Arthritis-related foot, knee, or hip pain
  • Stress fractures (impact reduction during return to activity)
  • Muscle strains and ankle sprains (during recovery)

Both our running and walking insoles feature a metatarsal pad, a drop toe, subtle arch support and a raised heel.

Enertor insoles will work in most shoes and running shoes with removable insoles.

They were designed to be super thin and lightweight.

For example they work great in football boots, hiking boots and tennis shoes.

They do not work in:

  • Ultra-wide shoes such as Altras
  • Stability shoes (those already with arch support)
  • Carbon plated shoes without a removable insole (unless you are willing to rip out their insoles)

Enertor insoles feature subtle arch support.

This makes them ideal for:

  • Neutral arches,
  • Mild overpronation
  • Mild-to-moderate flat feet
  • Anyone who finds traditional high-arch or rigid orthotics uncomfortable.

They are not recommended for people who supinate or whose feet naturally roll outwards.
