FAQs
We recommend buying your shoe size.
If you’re a half-size, always size up.
For example if you are a 6.5 buy our size 7-8. Our insoles can be easily trimmed with scissors at the forefoot for a perfect fit.
Simply use your current shoe insole as a guide when trimming and trim from the top.
If helpful, you can also compare the insole measurements in our sizing chart here
Enertor insoles were designed to reduce impact, improve biomechanics and relieve common pain points, making them ideal for helping with:
Took a while to get used to and has changed my gait little bit so comfortable and made a previously uncomfortable pair of shoes wearable again so double bubble bonus !
I give this a try of Enertor insoles.
I purchase teo parts. One for my working shoes and the other I use for my daily commute and also put it in my gym shoes.
At work, I'm on my my feet for 8 hours shift. Doing a lot of walking. And also had a lower back issue. I didn't feel the effectiveness of these insoles but for using it daily I feel the support I need for my feet. Note: initial use I feel a little
tightness around the hell but my feet adjusted it as I walk and by using it daily now it's all natural as I walk.
No need for me for to cut out it's perfect for my sizes 10 & 10.5 shoes. It all depends on what size shoes you have and brands.
Didn't try it yet for hiking I hope it gives more support and protection from any blisters.
Shoe sizes: 10 & 10.5 regular width.

I started getting a bit of plantar fasciitis so tried a pair of the running inner soles, which were brilliant. I also got a pair for my favorite desert and bush walking boots. They are so good I've just ordered a couple more pairs for other walking shoes. Heel pain gone, makes the boots feel like your favorite slippers. I actually did get some other makes to compare, which are now in the bin.
The quality of the insole is great, with a firm cushion so stability is retained. The big test is to cone this September on the West Highland Way, stand by for the update!
We are walking the second half of the Pennine Way in May this year, I bought these insoles in the hope they would help with leg fatigue and sore feet - they are fantastic I’ve been wearing them in my walking shoes and plan to buy a second pair for my walking boots. Up to 16.5 miles today training and can really tell the difference,
Amazing insoles bought two pairs for walking shoes and walking boots. They have made a significant difference to support and comfort on long walks. Todays walk was 16miles.
I have the walking insoles as I was developing very sore heels from long dog walks and also recovering from
Achilles tendonitus . Super comfortable insoles and soreness has disappeared and Achilles not as achy . I put the insoles in my walking boots and then also in my inside trainers to help the Achilles . Now very tempted to order the running insoles.
Phenomenal product. How something that thin can keep a knee issue at bay is beyond me. I've been in pain for years but it's a million times better. I was on pain sometimes all day, now I'm fine almost all day :)
Bought these insoles before walking the Lycian Way in Turkey when had been suffering significant discomfort in shins and foot arch when doing training walks. The relief they brought was immediate. Quite incredible and highly recommended!
The best insoles by far a bit on the expensive side but do last a long time,I'm a postie and walk an average of 70 miles a week and they do the job well.
Golf !! Walking 6 miles a day with 22lbs on my back . Walking , balancing, swinging ,,, gripping stance if required . Can I attribute my handicap dropping to 1- feom 26 in one year to The sooles in my golf shoes !! Yes in part because I never had sore feet or legs .. just bought second set .
Never leave home without them. Have both walking and running insoles (& socks)
Also, brilliant Christmas presents!
Hurry up & restock size 5 walking insoles please and thank you!!!
I can not recommend these insoles enough. Purchased about a week before an 8 day trip to Vienna, Plzen and Prague, with multiple days of more than 20k steps a day. My feet were never tired, no pain and very comfortable. Definitely get these if you ever suffer from foot or knee soreness from long walks.
Myself and 4 other Veterans have been doing a year long challenge that we began in Nov 2020.
We have been hiking and/or running from Smeaton's Tower in Plymouth, Devon, to the top of Mount Everest, Virtually - A distance of 4798 miles
So far in 35 of 52 weeks we have done 3719 miles and over 375,000 feet of elevation in support of a charity very close to you hearts
With your product we have been pretty much injury free - I'm on my 3rd pair (in transit) of insoles incidentally and cannot rate them high enough
We are also getting great milage from them
Thank you very much from the all of the Team
First wear ….. probably not the best way to trial a product was the Peak District ultra 100k fantastic I have a bad Left knee and after 100k it was still good it was also taped but it always is on a longer walk very very pleased they made a real difference I would normally feel it after this sort of distance but knee was great and thus was the only thing I altered
Thank you
Loved the first pair of walking insoles I bought 2 more pairs. Makes a massive difference to how comfortable I feel when our walking, have also had less knee pain over the last few week when using these insoles. Bin the factory insoles and fit these, your feet will thank you.
Loved these walking insoles from the outset. Really comfy under my toes and heels. Walked 17km today felt comfy all the way. Have invested in 3 pairs as they are so good. Definitely a customer for life and well recommended.
Suffering from plantar facilitus walking was becoming virtually impossible happened on these by chance gave it a try. First week / ten days not very comfortable then like magic another couple of weeks and was up to 3.5 miles off road & just bought a second pair
Unfortunately due to an accident me tearing my knee ligaments and having a operation on it cannot say much about my shoes support like I would but so far so good it’s okay
I bought these after reading some great reviews off various sites and would normally use another brand commonly used when in the Military. Spending a lot of time on my feet through work you need good support and cushioning. These seem to meet the demands. So far so good can’t complain.
As a New Customer I must admit I am very impressed by everything so far, the price,,, the quality,,,, and service are second to none. The only downside which is not the Companies fault was that Royal Mail were late with delivery of my insoles, so if you require you new insoles quicker I would pay the extra for next day delivery, that being said when I contacted Enertor they were very quick in response with great communication and help, thanks again Erertor
Finally an insole that allows me to walk for miles! I'm flat footed and it's near to impossible to find an insole that's universal and designed for us walkers! Glad I came across Enertor!
These insoles are a revelation to my distance hikes!
Like any purchase you are always dubious about talking the plunge and hitting the Buy Now button, but my goodness, this is one of the best purchases I have made in a while!
So I do a weekly walk; around 12 miles, to help keep fit and for my mental health. I absolutely love walking, but before getting these insoles I had to suffer for a few days very painful blisters and bruised feet. One time, one of the blisters got infected and I couldn't do a walk one week just to rest.
At the time of writing this review I have done 2 walks with them installed, and OMG! I thought the first week may have been a fluke but after the second weeks walk, again I had no blisters, I didn't get fatigue half way round (which I used to) I don't have bruised feet or painful knees. I am totally behind this product they are incredible!
I am so impressed with them, I even sent my brother your web link as he is an ultra marathon runner and couldn't speak more highly of them, he has since purchased a pair and waiting on back to see what he thinks.
Guys, it's an amazing product thanks very much for bringing joy back to my walks rather than a weekly dread of I need to stay fit but will be in loads of pain for it.
This is my second pair & as a physiotherapist I can highly recommend this product. Highly impressed with comfort, quality & doing what they are supposed to do!!😀👍
