Shipping

All UK orders are packed and shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

We offer free Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) on all orders on our website. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Alternatively if you would like Expedited Delivery (1–2 working days) the price is £5.04. You can choose this at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all Enertor insoles and slides purchased directly from enertor.com.

You can return our insoles even if they’ve been worn or trimmed within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping).

To make a return, please email info@enertor.com with your name and order details. Please note, you will need to send your insoles back to our UK HQ at your own expense.

Please ask for a Certificate of Postage (free at the Post Office) or courier tracking number as proof of return.

Other Products-standard returns

All other products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. If you bought your Enertor products from one of our stockists or distributors, please contact them directly for their returns policy.
