Shipping and returns


We currently only deliver to the UK and the USA from our UK HQ. We process orders Monday to Friday (except on UK Bank/public holidays) from our UK Headquarters. You will be sent an Order confirmation email as soon as you have ordered with us and a Shipping email on the day your order ships. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you have ordered the correctly and given us a full UK or US address. We are currently not able to send to BFPO or APO addresses. Please note there may be delays to the usual delivery times due to interruptions because of the current Royal Mail Strikes, Covid 19 pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances.

UK Delivery Times and Charges:

FREE Standard/2nd Class Royal Mail on all orders over £40 (usually a 2-3 working day delivery service).

Orders under £40 - £2.50 for Standard/2nd Class Royal Mail (usually a 2-3 working day delivery service).

1st Class ‘signed for’ Royal Mail - £4.00 (usually a 1-2 working day delivery service).

Royal Mail Guaranteed ‘Special’ next day delivery (order before 2.30pm, Mon-Fri) - £7.50.

Please note our Standard and 1st Class services do not offer a guarantee of exactly when the order will be with you by. The above timescales are delivery guidelines only as from time to time there are delays in postal services due to internal Royal Mail issues affecting their delivery times and current ongoing strike action.

Due to the Royal Mail Strikes this month, the delivery options are as below:

FREE Standard/2nd Class Royal Mail on all orders over £40 (3-7 working day delivery service due to the strikes).

Orders under £40 - £2.50 for Standard/2nd Class Royal Mail (3-7 working day delivery service due to the strikes).

Courier service 1-2 days (order before 2.30pm, Mon-Fri) - £6.00.


We ship to most of the USA using the courier DHL. This service usually takes 2-5 working days depending on the State you live in:

FREE DHL courier service on all orders over £100.

Orders under £100 – DHL courier charge of £25.00.

On enertor insoles - Used or unused condition only
All other enertor products - Unused/perfect condition only
We are confident you will be happy with your Enertor insoles. That's why we offer our 60-day money back guarantee policy so you can try our insoles, love them or return them to us in any used or new condition for any reason if they are not for you. When you shop with us directly at enertor.com you are covered by this 60 day returns policy on our insoles only. All other products bought from enertor.com can only be returned and refunded in unused/perfect condition only. Any original shipping charges to the UK or USA will not be refunded as these costs have already been incurred.

Please return the insoles to us at our UK HQ at your expense within 60 days of ordering from us at enertor.com UK orders can be either exchanged or refunded (less the original shipping charge). UK exchange requests will be sent to you free of charge. USA orders will be refunded only (less the original shipping charge). Please ask for a 'Certificate of Postage' (given free at the Post Office in the UK) or obtain a courier tracking number (in the UK and USA) as we may need evidence of an attempted return showing a date, time, signature and showing our postcode/zip code ‘IP1 5BN’, United Kingdom. We created this policy so you can try our insoles with total confidence, and we know that most of our customers will understand and respect the policy. That said if we spot someone trying to exploit our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders. This policy is only available to customers who purchase directly from us at enertor.com

If you have bought Enertor product/s from one of our stockists or distributors, they are unlikely to offer the same returns policy, however they should accept returns on any unused items in their original packaging if the products are in perfect/new condition.
