Both our running and walking insoles feature a metatarsal pad, a drop toe, subtle arch support and a raised heel.
Enertor insoles will work in most shoes and running shoes with removable insoles.
They were designed to be super thin and lightweight.
For example they work great in football boots, hiking boots and tennis shoes.
They do not work in:
Ultra-wide shoes such as Altras
Stability shoes (those already with arch support)
Carbon plated shoes without a removable insole (unless you are willing to rip out their insoles)
Enertor insoles feature subtle arch support.
This makes them ideal for:
Neutral arches,
Mild overpronation
Mild-to-moderate flat feet
Anyone who finds traditional high-arch or rigid orthotics uncomfortable.
They are not recommended for people who supinate or whose feet naturally roll outwards.

These personalised insoles have helped transform my training and performance. I’ve always needed prescription insoles for over-pronation but these are incredible, no more leg pains when running faster or further, able to train more frequently and without fear. Completed an 18 mile marathon training run this weekend without any problems during or any leg pain afterwards. I’m now recommending standard or personalised Enertor insoles to athletes that I coach and all runners. The effect is immediate and will prevent injuries.

Very very pleased with my new insoles. After so many uncomfortable insoles requiring frequent adjustments I can’t believe they fitted me first time and so comfortable. The additional cushioning really helps me and the shape of the insole facilitates my walking ability.

My 10 year old son is a keen football player. Due to his flexible flat feet, he used to experience a lot of issues whilst playing football, e.g., shin pains, heel pains, foot arch pains. He has used different types of insoles in the past but the Enertor Bespoke insoles are proving to be the most effective. He has no more pains from playing football. Enertor staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, it has been a great experience dealing with them.
Consultation was very in depth which was great and she clearly had a lot of knowledge but I was expecting to receive insoles that filled the shoe from the back to the front ( probably my naivety as never had bespoke before). I have run about 20k over the last few days and the support around the arch area is the best I've had so far but because the insoles stop by the balls of my feet it's not very comfortable with or without the basic shoe insoles (I have tried both and 3 other trainers too). The email response has been excellent though and patient
I can't really share much but from the aspect of buying them and the consultation was great customers service but as I have only just received the insoles I can't really comment on them but so fare they feel like they are supporting in the right places and the quality is good the only thing I would say it is just ever so slightly high in priced
I was struggling with a high instep, hammer toes, pressure points on the balls of my feet and the start of a bunion. I have tried different insoles in the past. I decided to do the moulds and these have worked out really well for me. The team are all so helpful and determined to make sure you are happy with your bespoke insoles. Superb! I previously suffered with small injuries and persistent blisters on my instep, and during my consultation the team listened and provided superb advice, and tailored my orthotics accordingly. The at home foot modelling kit is also very easy to use and return. The after care since i have received my orthotics has also been brilliant, with the team on hand to support and answer questions any time i needed. I couldn't be happier and would heartily recommend!
The whole process was very smooth and I was kept informed at every stage. The orthotics are very good quality I am only on day 4 of getting used to them but really hoping they will help me.
