- Full length insole - shock absorption under the whole foot
- Long lasting improves muscle function and reduces muscle fatigue
- Included - 1x pair Enertor Running Insoles
Enertor Running insoles have been designed with the dynamics of a runner in mind. The full length insoles are made from a unique PX1 material technology which has been specifically engineered for running offering outstanding shock absorption, a cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour known as a 'Met Pad' to help spread the load on the forefoot.
With excellent energy return from heel to toe, they will keep you performing at your best for longer. They can help to reduce pain not only in your feet, but also in ankles, shins, hips, lower back and legs. They will also help to aid recovery time and help to reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. Ideal for running, sport, gym and HIIT sessions.
These insoles are full length and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive trainers. They are also suitable in football or rugby boots as long as the current boot insole is removable and there is enough space to accommodate the new insole. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.
- Neutral runners or runners who mildly pronate (not those who supinate)
- People wanting to stay away from injury or pain
- People wanting added comfort
- Suitable for neutral or supportive trainers
- Flat to medium or medium to high arch height (not for those with extremely high arches and/or rigid arch)
- Footwear that has a removable insole and/or excess space in the footwear eg trainers, football or rugby boots

I find that The Enertor Insoles are feeling comfortable and are Great to help to feel energise on my feet at all times
John L.
Just the eight size, no unnecessary trimming needed!
Jan S.
I’ve suffered with a Posterior Tibialis tendinopathy for almost 12 months these insoles are a game changer
Thank you
Mrs S.
Steve J.
Excellent for dealing with plantar Fasciitis . Used with Brooks Ghost trainers and it worked. This product does work and is worth the extra expense.
Rick S.
For me, absolutely amazing. I have suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for years. Numerous different insoles, night foot braces and cortisone injections, none have worked. The Enertor insoles have made running a tangible activity again. My feet are remarkably good the day after a run, and I can feel the cushioning with each step as I am running. For me Enertor insoles are an outstanding product
Daniel B.
I also find the Insoles Great and they help to keep energise on foot
Juli W.
My 4th running pair, amazing -no knee problems since using .
Ann P.
From first wear they have improved my heel pain. Am going to buy walking ones now.
Ellie
Was sceptical how much difference these would make but so glad I decided to give them a go, they have completely cured my shin splints! Definitely recommend
kevin c.
Yes insoles are great Thankyou, think I have in every shoe now
stuart h.
These are a replacement pair as my other Enertors have done some mileage and helped me stay injury free , so a new pair was needed to help with me continue running injury and pain free
Susan B.
We are runners in our 60s who want to keep running! Enertor insoles protect our legs and feet from injury as they absorb the impact of running on road or trail.
Bruce G.
I bought a new pair of well known runners in January post gait recommendation, I stated to get foot issues immediately when running 5k plus . My thoughts turned to insole issues as the pain was heel and ball of my foot . I read the Enertor reviews and thought I’d try them . This has been a night and day difference! I have ran 30k since using Enertor insoles and had zero pain anywhere. They’re well worth the money especially if your having any kind of foot issues, even if you’re not I believe you would benefit from them anyway . Cheers
John A.
I’m using Enertor insoles with Hoka shoes to provide optimum cushioning as I increase my running mileage. Very pleased with how these insoles work and am happy to recommend them.
Steven D.
Great product.has helped me enormously recover from an achilles run
ning injury. Now on my second pair.
Mark P.
Every time I need new trainers I get a pair of Enerator running insles, they are just the best at minimising injury on my runs, so comfortable and work a treat for my dodgy knees!
Susan M.
Comfortable, easy to fit and help with the impact of ultras
Steve T.
Great insoles
M A.
They are very comfortable and have reduced the pain in the feet as a result of plantar facetious. Great product
Claudia k.
this is now my 3rd pair of running Enertor insoles, I was suffering with an inflamed ITband, last Sunday I run 26k, first long run after injury and first long run (I did run the insoles "in" before on a couple of parkruns) with my new insoles and what can I say - no pains, no niggles, just a great feeling to get out and knowing that "just running" is back on the cards!!
I cant recommend both running and walking insoles highly enough. thumps up!!
Lesley L.
No problem with these insoles. Put them in my shoes and did 5k. Super comfy and didn’t need to wear them in. Highly recommended
James G.
Really happy with these insoles. Walked them in as directed on instructions. Started using them and can definitely recommend.
Money well spent.
Clive G.
These insoles are by far the best I’ve ever used, the added comfort and shock absorption is superb, just ordered 2 more pairs.
Ste P.
Brilliant piece of kit and would recommend them for heel pain. I’m an overweight 40 something who wishes to relive his youth in attempting to play football week in week out. I was in agony for a number of months and contemplated quitting before purchasing these insoles. I’ve experienced no pain since the purchase and have recommended them to friends who say the same. Please note, they don’t make you play football any better!
Michael A.
Had plantar fasciitis for a few months, and had to stop running for a while. Enertor insoles got recommended to me they have been amazing!!
Craig F.
Really needed these very happy will definitely get it again
Peter F.
Great insoles, used these insoles in my trail shoes on a mountain ultra. 80k 8000m elevation in a one day push.
I now have a couple of sets .. would run without them...
Andrew H.
I had been looking and trying various different manufacturers over the years and some were ok some not so good, until I come across these, I’m not exaggerating when I say there are by far the best in class, not cheap but some of the others were not cheap either, difference is they are comfortable all day long, I wear them in my work boots so I’m on my feet for the best part of the day, even the old ones I have are still comfortable, definitely worth the money.
Martin S.
I swear by these insoles! I have the running and the walking ones (if I’m honest, I can’t tell the difference between the two styles) and have several pairs for all my running and casual shoes! They definitely absorb impact and help reduce fatigue. I recommend them all the time to my friends - they think I’m sponsored for each sale
Ben P.
Great service and Product
Collin H.
I wore these insoles when breaking the World Record for the Fastest Half Marathon carrying a 100lb Pack in Sep 2021.
They are so good that I will be wearing them again when I attempt the World Record for the Fastest Marathon carrying a 100lb Pack later this year.
What more needs to be said!
Tracey B.
my running shoes feel great
Karen W.
I bought two pairs. One for my walking boots and the other to run in. Unfortunately they have made no difference at all to the heel pain I experience. All in all an expensive mistake
Jennie B.
Absolutely love these insoles!!!
I had so much pain when out walking and running before hand but now the pain is practically gone! Thank you so much
Matt S.
They are.... OK. Certainly take the impact away from the foot when running. But I still suffer with plantar and pain in my ankle after running even with these fitted
Robin B.
Have had a problem with IT band/knee pain. These were recommended and have made all the difference!! Highly recommended
Jo T.
2 weeks in with my running insoles and my plantar is staying at bay with noticeable difference. Love the fact I can't tell the insoles are in whilst giving me more support in my arch. Super pleased as such a great price too. Wish I'd bought 2 pairs now. Going to try the walking ones next. Definitely buy if you are considering a purchase.
Mike E.
I am a runner and I have a Knee and MCL problem. I do not want to have surgery on my knee and thought after seeing your advert that I would try your running insoles.
The insoles were delivered within the timescale quoted and the size 7-8 fitted my New Balance running shoes (size 7) perfectly. I wore the insoles around the house and when walking and the cushioning felt excellent. I have now run in them many times and the have improved my New Balance 880's and 1080's beyond belief.
My knee pain has reduced considerably and I am now looking to increase my running distances to the pre-injury levels.
I would recommend the insoles wholeheartedly and I will purchase at least one more pair.
Ian R
Follow up review! Enertor do what hey say on the tin! They definitely spread out the load along the whole foot naturally instead of straight up the foot and leg. I have been struggling with sore big toe ligament recently. It feels much better and I am hopefully it will cure the ailment over time.
You have to laugh, when you take the old insoles out of walking, running shoes etc....just look at them? old, tired, thin as a piece of old paper.....equals zero support. I even use them in my golf shoes....can't believe I didn't replace them before. There is no question, shoe manufacturers put in a low cost poor support insole that fades quickly overtime. Hence, it is up to shoe owners put in proper insoles...or suffer overtime.
So all good, will buy more
Martin S.
Have many pairs of these insoles and am a huge fan! The impact is subtle and took me a few weeks to notice the benefit but won’t go on a run without them! They help reduce muscle and joint fatigue!
Laurelie W.
I only really started running a year ago but developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot which was preventing me from being able to progress. I did try a couple of other insole types, but these are the best by far. Took a couple of tries before I could get used to the feel of them, and you can definitely feel your feet and legs working differently when they are in. So far I haven't had any flare ups since putting these insoles into my running shoes, and have been able to steadily increase my mileage. I'd recommend these to others with foot problems.
Robert E.
I am a runner who in the past has been dogged by bunions which were in the early stages of recurrence several weeks ago despite my well-padded running shoes. I bought these insoles for one pair of shoes and the incipient bunion pain just seemed to vanish instantly. As the same was true when I tried the insoles in other shoes (whether for walking or running) I ordered several more and am delighted with the results. My proneness to bunions and unusually wide feet have led me to try a range of orthotics and other insoles but these are by some way the best I have come across. They also seem to have improved my 5k personal best and are comfortable to wear. Really excellent.
Peter C.
I'm always sceptical on these types of insoles stating that they are a miracle to certain afflictions but I can say with my hand on my heart that the Enertor insoles are the best insoles period bar none! I've recently fractured my ankle and had a very severe case of Plantar Fasciitis and these insoles really help.
Ian
Quick efficient order process. Enerot are on my running shoes now and so far very good!! I was bit sceptical when I pulled them out of package. They look like most insoles, seen tried many!!
However once you get them under sole......you notice the all-round and all foot comfort . Quality! Quality! I will post another update in a few weeks. If as I think will double my order from 2 to until 4 insoles. London roads and parks are murderous on feet.......
Michael M.
Really excellent insoles. As soon as you start using these, you suddenly wonder how you ever did without them!
Dotty K.
My heels are so much better.
I did find the arch very thick / uncomfortable and had to cut down but really good.
ANN M.
Your insoles are great. Thank you.
Guy S.
Very comfortable
Justin
I’m a 52 yr old runner/swimmer/cyclist/yoga nut. I’ve been running on & off for most of my adult life, distances slowly getting longer, outdoor terrain more rugged & remote with age. As with almost every regular runner I’ve had my share of smaller setbacks, plantar fasciitis, a Morton’s neuroma, ankle, knee & hip twinges here and there, but nothing major. As I’ve got nearer the 50 mark I’ve opted for more cushioning underfoot, wearing my barefoot running shoes less (tho’ still running barefoot on beaches), probably because I’m more aware of wear & tear on my joints. Most recently I’ve experienced some Achilles tendinitis. I’ve read some glowing reviews about these Enertor insoles which piqued my interest enough to try some. My initial response was ‘uh oh, these are going to press on the front inside of my heel too much’ (or back inside of the arch) due to their contoured shape and the way they interface with my high-arched, wide-forefooted feet (I’ve had some excruciating experiments with Superfeet insoles in this regard), but they also seemed really bouncy and forgiving, so I thought I’d give them a go. First outing was 12k across local west-Cornish moors (I ignored the slow-break-in advice, but did take the old insoles with me in a bum-bag just in case I needed to swap them - I didn’t) & I loved the experience. A couple of days later a similar distance on cliff paths, enjoyed every second. I’ve had two more similar runs since then, within the first week of owning the insoles. My feet have never felt more stable, comfortable, cushioned & this translates all the way up my skeletal frame. No injuries, no sore spots, just a warm bounce to my ride, a yoga stretch out afterwards, am loving running! Maybe it helps that I run with my now 2 yr old dog who adds some extra joy to the experience? And maybe my new La Sportiva Jackals (the best trail shoes I have ever run in) are adding some extra input, but, for the time being, I am super happy, sorted & stoked! My Achilles injury is being constantly monitored/massaged/stretched but is certainly not getting any worse (I did take some time out last autumn to let it heal which has helped but not resolved the problem), and maybe it will get better with time, perhaps as a result of these insoles, let’s see? I am really comfy with my current running set-up, loving getting into that flow state undistracted by physical grumbles. So, thank you Enertor for your amazing insoles & for aiding & enabling my running adventures. I hope the soles will last a long time! Big thumbs up from me & a happy tail wag from my lab Mowg, my running partner & black shadow! ☀️
Suzanne T.
Picked up a knee injury, so thought I would try these insoles, well I love them, they have made the transition from injury to running again easy.
Daniel S.
These are saving my life! - I was skeptical about these, but being endorsed by Usain Bolt and seeing the other reviews I took a chance. I am a very keen runner, who runs pretty much everyday because I love it and it makes my mental health happy. However, I am prone to injury! - Over the christmas period I got injured again, this time rather painfully and I was upset that I couldn't run. After a week of rest and therapy, it was getting better but still uncomfortable to run on...enter ENERTOR INSOLES! - WOW, firstly I have quite a large running shoe rotation and these insoles fit nicely into any shoe I want it to! Secondly, these insoles mean I can get back into running with comfort. Shock absorbing? Absolutely! I don't feel any pain from my injury and a lot less discomfort. The injury is still niggling, but these insoles are perfect to keep me ticking over whilst I rehabilitate!. I will continue to use them once I am back up to speed as they really do work! The only thing I would stress about them is that you have to give them a chance, for me they were a bit uncomfortable on the first 2 or 3 outings, but after that I got used to them.
Daniel L.
Best insole I have tried
Garry C.
I have previously reported problems with these insoles and had to give them up.
I tried them to help with Achilles tendinopathy.
The problem was that after around three miles I would get a burning sensation under my right heel. This would happen regardless of the socks or shoes that I wore.
It did not happen with any other insole.
After getting a huge blister I figured out that the problem was due to friction. Enertor socks made no difference.
However, as it happens I just come back from a run where I decided to give them a final try with a plaster on my heel.
The good news is that it worked and I ran ten miles with no recurrence.
I now very much look forward to using them in the long term.
Marc
I think these are fantastic to use honestly dunno why I didn’t get these sooner.
If I had to choose one thing to improve on, which honestly I would imagine many people would also like, is just add a few cutting guidelines to make adjusting these insoles easier. Its a small thing to do but makes life so much easier.
Trevor R.
I have 4 or more of the previous versions of insoles (Enertor D30) which I have used for several years, and recently bought 2 pairs of the new version of running insoles, which I actually only use for walking. They were surprisingly a significant improvement on the previous version, which I have always liked anyway. I have walked miles and miles over the last month in total comfort, despite suffering from plantar fasciitis. I can thoroughly recommend the new insoles.
Emma P.
I run a lot and have developed planta fasciitis which was causing pain every day. Since using the insoles the general pain has gone. After a short run or relatively easy week, with the insoles I’ve got no pain. After a long run the pain returns but seems quicker to pass. All in all I’m so happy with the insoles and can keep running.
steve m.
Though I had a great run on the flat the first time I tried the new innersoles out I am afraid that when running downhill that they transferred impact into my knee and aggravated an old knee injury. Took them out and have not tried them since. Going to let things settle down again and try again in a few weeks time.
David H.
At 57 years old, keen cyclist and runner, wear and tear clearly kicking in now, pain in heal came along, wow what’s happening here!, just believed it would sort itself out, intermittent after exercise, hoped it would pass, how wrong was I. Noticed an advert on social media, thought I’d give it a go, initially thought quite expensive for an insole, arrived promptly, I wear boots for work, so tried them out- WOW!!-WOW!!, discomfort gradually disappeared, now then, went out running without the insole, 5 mile, within half hour pain was back. Just ordered second pair, genuinely a must purchase, you will be amazed!.
Tawny R.
I'm unsure about using the product in motion control shoes. It seems to 'oversupport' & I'm.getting knee pain after 8k. Thinking I should switch back to Insoles that came with the shoes
Mike C.
A great product that has helped me reduce injury as I pile up the miles and is a very comfortable fit. I would highly recommend others give it a go.
George D.
I had seen the adverts many times, and was sceptical tbh. Then I picked up a knee injury and was struggling to get back to my former running distance. So I decided to give them a go. Also tbh when I unboxed them I was again unsure how good these would be. I ran with them for the first time 2 weeks ago, they are like magic, you barely feel the road. I have no pain in my knee and feel like I have a lot less stress on my hips and back.
They are a bit pricey, but so worth it.
Leslie H.
I serve within the British Army I’ve recently deployed to Kenya for a 2 month Training Package. I have used other insoles and always have had feet and knee problems. I have being in the field for 3 weeks and these insoles have really treated my feet nicely covering high features Rocky terrains and dry grounds of Kenya. I would highly recommend these I am currently purchasing more.
Lyn L.
Myself and my friend have just completed the London Marathon this year after training for nearly two years. At the start of our training plan back in October 2020 we both experienced different types of foot pain .,My friend had sharp pain in her toes and I had something called fat displacement in my left foot. Denise had read about your insoles and so I had a pair for xmas. My training soon became pain free so Denise bought herself a pair and soon discovered her toes no longer hurt. They are brilliant I can't believe that having the correct insoles really does make a difference .
Barry F.
Have had heel issues for sometime now so tried these insoles as a last resort and not only was my running less painful but days after my feet were pain free ! I can get my life back if this continues
David T.
Great insole , quick delivery
Paul T.
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for 6 months and have had to stop training as a result. I was dubious these would make a difference, I'm absolutely delighted to say they have and I'm training again, throughly worth the investment.
Leon D.
Always struggling with foot issues. Bought expensive running trainers which made a big difference but with these in as well my feet have never been better
Stephen H.
Helped me out for a while with a foot injury.
Karen
I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about 6 months and had stopped running while I focussed on foot exercises to improve it. I felt ready to start some short runs again so started at week 4 of couch to 5k with the insoles. I wore them in as instructed and thought they might make my feet ache, but after a few times that stopped. I was also hesitant to remove the insoles from my cushioned Hoka’s but shouldn’t have been. They’ve helped enormously with the pain, running is comfortable and I can get out of bed without hobbling now!
Jon P.
I have suffered with Planta for a month now, then started using the PX1 insole. OMG what a difference from the very first time of using them. Helped me get around London Marathon last weekend!!! love them.
Sam B.
Tried these insoles to reduce my feet aching after longer runs. Ran a half marathon in them last weekend and loved both the comfort and energy return these insoles provide. Highly recommend.
RICHARD E.
I waited too long to buy Enertor insoles and my plantar fasciitis had become a real pain. But now each run with my new Enertor insoles is like a trip to the physio and I have seen improvement, but we must remember recovery from a significant injury takes time and effort. So it is not a miracle cure but a substantial step towards recovery.
Andy T.
I like many of you brought a cheaper version first that just didn’t do anything to help my plantar fasciitis (policeman’s foot)
The Enertor insoles on the other hand eased the initial pain and started to improve within a week.
The only downside I found was I had to cut them down to fit in my trainer and would have preferred to have brought my exact size.
Steve C.
Second pair bought which shows what I think, ie very good pleased with them!
Jon R.
It has taken 36 holes of golf to bed them in but they are now so comfortable and have allowed me to manage 36 holes in 48 hours for the first time for almost 10 years.
Geoff W.
I have a pair of Enertors in my trail shoes and road shoes, they are very comfortable!
Keith J.
I’ve tried various products, particularly insoles, to try to help with continuing running problems. Like many people I am sceptical about claims made by companies; however my enertor insoles actually do work…after only a couple of weeks I am running with virtually no discomfort/ pain.
I am in my mid 70s and decided to see if I could return to running 10k events, something I had been unable to do for several years.
On Sunday I completed my 10k , no noticeable problems and no after effects.
I heartily recommend you try this product for yourself.
Elaine
I have only had my insoles a short time but have seen an improvement my feet do not ache nowhere near as much as they did. I haven’t started running properly yet, but teaching PE lessons are more enjoyable, I am currently doing exercises too so the combination is definitely helping. Wouldn’t be without them now.
Steve N.
I bought two pairs of these to replace the inner soles on my ASICS shoes as I was getting an ache in my legs but to be honest having used them six times, I am getting foot pain in arches where I didn’t have any before so persevering but will be putting the originals back soon if things don’t improve.
Alison .
I bought these at the start of a beginners’ jogging plan. They seem to be making a difference to my knee pain from arthritis. Very comfortable to wear. Would recommended getting used to them gradually, as advised.
Very pleased overall.
Jerson A.
The insoles are fine
Matthew S.
Apart from saving a pair of decent but worn trainers going in the bin (which alone is a good enough reason to buy) and helping me achieve some personal bests and preventing any pain/discomfort in the process; I’m not sure they’re any good! In fact, they’re not, they’re terrific.
Peter C.
Been competing in sprint triathlons for a few years now, my swimming and cycling I've always been happy with but the running has been a real struggle due to really bad aching legs, I was told I had collapsed arches. I tried these and now completed 2 Olympic distance triathlons and my legs have felt much better. Now looking forward to my 70.3 next year.
Lee B.
My 3rd pair of these new PX1 running insoles and would not use anything else these days.
The new insoles are thin so they go in all of my running shoes but still give my feet and arches maximum protection.
Monica C.
I got my insoles at the same time as my new running shoes arrived so I tried them both. Felt like running on air! I took out the Entertor insoles and replaced them with the original Brooks ones and I’ve now put them back. Got a good time in last week’s 10k race!
Jon K.
I bought a pair of these and after my feet had got used to them they are really comfortable, i want to buy more pairs for my other non running shoes now. Highly recommended!
robert l.
I have ankle problems and these so far they have certainly helped me when l run
Diana
These are my 3rd pair of insoles. Very comfortable and they do the job.
Darren R.
They seem to be good
Sean M.
Best insole ive bought for running
Karen M.
I suffer with plantar fasciitis. Still in the process of breaking in these insoles so only wearing for an hour at a time, but so far so good. I’ve managed a pain free short run (20 mins) today so I’m really pleased. Just hoping this continues as PF is so frustrating and painful.
Masty
Being having calf issues playing football .had these for week or so and can honestly say I've felt the difference already .early days but sofar so good
Billy H.
Great insoles for protecting feet/legs just wish they could trim weight down abit….. over double the weight of standard insoles and is noticeable if racing
Nick L.
Easy to trim to size, noticeable difference in feel and reduction in foot fatigue - so far so good! They seem to add stability towards the end of a longer run too.
Of note, the insoles (by my measurement and feel) add a 5mm heel drop.
Rich T.
For me, I could feel the difference in my legs from the very first run using the running insoles… I’ve felt a noticeable easing of the discomfort in my troublesome Achilles and overall my legs don’t feel as tired and recover faster… Was sceptical about them before purchase but now I would totally recommend them…
Stephen C.
These were not originally delivered to the right address. I tried sorting it myself with no success from Royal Mail. After telling Enertor about this, they sent a replacement which arrived the very next day after informing them. As to the insoles they feel very comfortable and I hardly notice my plantar faciliitis now when I am running. Very pleased.
Anna G.
These are my third pair of running insoles. I now wouldn't be without them and I get a new pair every time I change my running shoes. I then move the old running pair into my walking boots! They are brilliant and I can't recommend enough...suffice to say I won't run without them!
Steve M.
Insoles very bouncy and comfortable. Personally I did not need much running in. Had for three weeks now and still comfortable. No injuries and feeling supportive. Are they worth the hefty price? Don’t know yet.
JAMES S.
Great product
