- Full length insole - shock absorption under the whole foot
- Long lasting improves muscle function and reduces muscle fatigue
- Included - 1x pair Enertor Running Insoles
Enertor Running insoles have been designed with the dynamics of a runner in mind. The full length insoles are made from a unique PX1 material technology which has been specifically engineered for running offering outstanding shock absorption, a cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour known as a 'Met Pad' to help spread the load on the forefoot.
With excellent energy return from heel to toe, they will keep you performing at your best for longer. They can help to reduce pain not only in your feet, but also in ankles, shins, hips, lower back and legs. They will also help to aid recovery time and help to reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. Ideal for running, sport, gym and HIIT sessions.
These insoles are full length and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive trainers. They are also suitable in football or rugby boots as long as the current boot insole is removable and there is enough space to accommodate the new insole. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.
- Neutral runners or runners who mildly pronate (not those who supinate)
- People wanting to stay away from injury or pain
- People wanting added comfort
- Suitable for neutral or supportive trainers
- Flat to medium or medium to high arch height (not for those with extremely high arches and/or rigid arch)
- Footwear that has a removable insole and/or excess space in the footwear eg trainers, football or rugby boots
- Suitable for any age group or body weight

Comfortable well fitting insoles
Michelle B.
I love them! They really help with the shin pain!
Aled R.
Very comfortable. Have been able to jog for the first time in around 2 years using these. Long time plantar fasciitis sufferer!
Shona C.
I suffer from Runner’s Knee on my right side which was limiting me to one run per week. The insoles have made a huge difference, no nagging pain when I run and no pain in the days following a run. I’ve pushed up to twice a week (c30k total) with no adverse effects so far so it’s fair to say these have worked for me and I’m impressed!
Simon C.
Very comfy so far and seem to be helping knee injury.
Tracey T.
Great product, prompt delivery, would use again.
Nick S.
Ok but too expensive, wouldn’t purchase again.
Glenn W.
Great product. Slipped them into my running shoes and went straight out for a run. Comfy and worked a treat.
Gioiachino L.
Suffer with bad shin pains when running and bought these to help but they cause me more pain and gave me pins and needles in my feet
John N.
Arrived in good time, like the look and feel. Only been out walking with them at the moment but looking forward to my first run after injury.
Max B.
Really helped with foot arch, just lacked in heel support. Mabey they just don’t go well with my current shoe
Mark Y.
Great product, great service
Kristi S.

GAFYN O.
Ran my first every half marathon in these. I’ve had constant heel pain for the last 2 years but after wearing the insoles I felt nothing.
David S.
I noticed the difference immediately. They definitely dissipate the impact as they say. My calfs felt less stressed and I felt more comfortable running.
DAVID M.
Great insoles for my hiking boots.
Simon L.
Excellent insoles, which have a perfect balance between lightness and cushioning. I have a long-standing Femoroacetabular impingement injury in my right hip, and by using the Enertor insoles I am still able to manage a high volume of running per week.
Mick F.
Insoles are fantastic, very comfortable. Shock reduction of impact while running very impressive, like running on air.
Keith S.
I have been doing a 5km run each day for the last 37 days (of 60). I got these at day 30 and have helped so much in the pain in my calf, knee and ankle which have almost all gone.
Although expensive they are worth every penny! Just buy them, they work!
Gemma O.
I'm running 874 miles for charity, I have an old knee injury that was starting to niggle. I started using the inner soles and have noticed a big reduction in aches and pains in my knee and shins. Fingers crossed they help me along the rest of the miles I've yet to complete!
Vikas U.
Fantastic. So far, the shins and calfs appear injury-free.
Martyn S.
On my 4th pair and can't say how much of a difference I think they make, injury free for a good length of time
Jayne P.
These insoles really made a difference to the discomfort I was feeling in my legs when running . Definitely a great purchase
Jon B.
Always looking for a decent pair of quality insoles for my run training...these are obviously on top budget...thought I would go for a pair.....look a bit of getting used too but overall great comfort and feel great on long runs...only one thing I would change I would like a bit more support built into the arch ...but that would be a personal preference...maybe you could make some for me to try ....5 stars
Ian H.
I have been a keen runner for around 5 years but suffer from Inflammatory Arthritis. An injury has frustratingly stopped me from running for the last 6 months but with Christmas out of the way and new trainers I invested in some new running insoles from Enertor. It's early days still, but instantly I felt the difference and was able to get out for some short runs, still building but early indications are very positive so thanks Enertor. If all goes to plan then I will make it to London Marathon 2022.
Judith S.
Good service. Have used them a few times and feel very comfortable.
Beverley C.
I can't see any significant difference yet but I haven't been running as much recently
Tiff S.
These have to be the best insoles I’ve purchased in years, as I’ve struggled finding some that are comfortable enough for long distance running and walking!! But when I found out about these I knew I had to buy them!!!
Shona C.
I try never to buy anything that’s advertised to me on Facebook but the comments were so genuine sounding I thought I’d break that rule. Before I was only able to run once a week and my knee ached when walking in between. I’ve now upped to two runs per week and have no pain except the mildest nag when going down stairs. Still early days but inclined to say these are spot on for my runner’s knee and I love the feeling of arch support, very comfortable.
Peter D.
Just been for the first run and feels a lot more comfortable with the new runners and enertor insoles. After stopping all excessive for 3 months due to injury on my first proper run after walk/run/walk cycle for a couple of weeks first run 5k today was the best time that I had done in 18 months. Definitely recommended these.
Jane G.
Having experienced knee pain whilst running for a while, decided to try these orthotics. Can honestly say that the pain has disappeared and running is now far more comfortable.
Emma F.
Great service, arrived quickly, I’m a size 6-6.5 UK in shoes (ladies) but I get a 7 in trainers, bought the size 7-8 and they fitted perfectly and didn’t need cutting down, definitely seem to be making a difference to the aches and pains in my feet, much less intense.
Dianne N.
Bought these as PF was driving me mad....improved within 2 weeks.....amazing!
Sachin V.
Great products. I have the insoles in my CrossFit trainers, everyday walking trainers and my work patrol boots in which I spend 9-16hr shifts in daily.
Tom A.
Feels like walking on the moon
Anna G.
I've been running for around 20 years and had started to get just a little tightness in my left knee and on the sole of my left foot on occasios. I purchased a pair of the running insoles over Christmas having heard much about them, more as a preventative measure than anything, and I am so pleased I did!
They fit really well in my New Balance Trail running shoes, and are fantastic. I've not felt the tightness in my knee, and the underside of my foot is also improved. You really can feel the difference between these and 'regular' insoles when you take out your trainers soles to insert the new ones, and this continues through to the run itself. I won't be going back to regular insoles after getting these.
Gavin S.
Great bit of kit.
Lee B.
I think I was expecting more of a 'bounce' while running but haven't really noticed much difference in this respect to the standard insoles in my running shoes. Having said that I have been susceptible to picking up niggling injuries but since using these I'm running pain free and no new injuries. I'm happy with the purchase I intend to renew with every change of shoes.
Kevin F.
Have had these insoles for a few weeks now and they are amazing so far they have done exactly what is says they should do reduce fatigue in my muscles and joints I can’t recommend these highly enough I love them
Noble, E.
Sadly has made no difference to my knee.
Angela B.
Does what reviews say they do

Really comfortable insoles for my road and trail running shoes. Just enough arch support which keeps feet supported on longer runs and with good flexibility which does not interfere with the dynamics of the shoe. I run in neutral cushioned shoes and the insoles pair with them really well and I still have plenty room in the shoe as they are not bulky. I need all the help with taking the impact from my runs due to arthritis in the spine. Additionally they don’t interfere with my running gait and my running pace. I will continue to use and purchase. I have 2 sets in use, avoids the need for swapping too much.
Carol P.
Love the insoles....I feel like I am running on air. Had a knee injury back in may, just started to build the miles back up but wanted to have some support from impact., thoroughly recommended.....
Marc B.
So far so good feel better than standard innersole
William B.
Nice x country run
Victoria B.
I was starting to feel a little metatarsalgia and slight runners knee in my right leg and foot, particularly after a long run. Nothing horrendous, but looking for prevention rather than cure, I thought I’d try these....what a difference straight away! Yesterday I did 13 miles on frozen, sometimes rutted, stoney trail and my foot and knee felt completely comfortable the whole run and afterwards. They will be an absolute staple of my running career from here on in.
Paula J.
Wore my insoles on a muddy trail run. No ball if the foot pain and a quick wash and they were as good as new
Ann G.
Good
Steve A.
I've been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis for months, everytime I got to the stage where I believed I was ready to run again, it would flare up again, barely two miles into a run, I bought Enertor insoles in the hope that they would give me enough cushion to manage a return to running, so far I've covered around 30 miles with them in, they have been brilliant, would definitely recommend them.
Vicky H.
Great support, early days but so far very happy!
Steph F.
As a 50-year old woman who only started running during the first lockdown (now routinely running 4-5 miles a week), I started off on the back-foot with various aches and pains. These insoles have really made a difference - fewer niggles and I generally feel more springy of step.
Jan P.
Unfortunately I found that these insoles were not comfortable and made no difference to my feet, will not use them again.
Susan F.
Fantastic so cushioning. Has made a massive difference to the impact on my knees and hips. Totally recommend
Paul M.
Really comfy and you can feel the softness during my run
Mike P.
The insoles take a while to get used too but make a difference.
It soon becomes obvious you need several pairs, so feel an offer for 3/4 pairs would be appropriate.
Esava R.
So delighted to have this insoles.I have osteoarthritis on my knee and I have been using them since, such a relief.Bought a pair each for walking/running.
Louise B.
Good insoles
Su C.
Love these insoles. So comfortable you don’t know your wearing them and absolutely brilliant if you have dropped arches. I will have to invest in another pair for sure
Enda C.
Very comfortable and light
Claire S.
Having these insoles in my trainers & my DM boots have been great for my Plantar Fascitis. It's been so much better, no pain and definitely a more cushioned walk too. I need to order another pair!!
William B.
I have a lot of pain in my hip's and legs i find it helps a lot looking forward to the brecon to Cardiff ultra in February
Littler, C.
Very pleased with these insoles run was much better on my hip which has been bothering me have now ordered some for my son would recommend
Mr M.
So far so great! Less injury, less post long run recovery times! Nice!
Luke H.
Not helped my shin splints as yet but still breaking the insoles in! Fingers crossed
Keith T.
Had been suffering with an annoying heel pain for a few months. These seemed worth a punt judging by other reviews. After two weeks the heel pain has gone. Very satisfied.
Maree B.
My husband I both use Enertor insoles in all our running shoes as they do reduce pain. The newer lightweight version are perfect. Might try the walking insoles next. Thanks Enertor!
john M.
I'm pain free .they actually work
Mel R.
Fab last time I received the walking soles this time the running and I’m so impressed with both.
A W.
Really comfortable. Running feels less impacting on feet and knees. Recommend.
stewart p.
I was having problems with pain in both arches and one knee, it was so annoying i was beginning to think my running days were over. These have made a huge difference and got me back to running as normal within a few days, no pain in the feet at all and knee almost back to normal.
William B.
Really decent; gonna buy more for my normal day to day trainers and my army boots.
Kevin M.
Only ok last time i bought got the choice of flat or inner sole build up i had the flat ones and was happy with them.
Caroline M.
Helped me return to running after sustaining an injury, fab product.
Beverly W.
I have struggled with both heel and shin pain whilst running cor some months. It’s still early days but the heel pain is so far much reduced and I can certainly feel a difference in terms of cushioning when I run. So far so good!
Dave M.
Replaced the original liners with these new ones, they have made a big difference, no ankle or toe pains and very comfortable. So good I bought a second pair.
Sid B.
I have been using it for the last couple of weeks. I have a problem with shin splints and some discomfort around a knee. It hasn't made much difference with these two. The only benefit probably was an additional padding as the existing insole was thinner than this. Besides it doesn't feel the same on either feet especially where it supports the arch. Maybe gait analysis and physiotherapy are better bets.
Rebecca T.
Haven't made the slightest difference, in fact more uncomfortable? Disappointed.
Trevor G.
Xmas present for my son who as used them before
Kevin S.
I was genuinely surprised as to how much comfort they offered- I’ve heard hell the phrase ‘running on clouds’ to describe these, and that’s exactly how I felt. I’ve yet to get sufficient mileage to comment on the long term benefits. But so far, I’m enjoying my injury free running.
Samantha W.
Fantastic company to deal with. Prompt delivery and super product. Thank you.
Barry W.
I've tried these insoles in my Nike Zoom Fly 3 but found that I get sore heel pads when doing fast or longish runs. I guess it's friction caused by movement of the pad in the shoe though I have not changed the lacing to be looser when using the pads. Sadly therefore these are not for me (at least with my current choice of running shoes).
Neil Y.
Way more comfortable that the standard insoles in my Brooks Ghosts!
Tried a few other competitors insoles before I found these.
Still early days but so far they feel great!
Amfer
I had had a lot of foot pain while running. With these insoles I don't have it anymore!
Dave M.
Really comfortable and supports your feet so much better than the insoles that came with my trail/walking/running shoes. Many thanks for helping my feet......
Daniel M.
I’ve bought three pairs of the running insoles now as they have stopped me getting blisters and reduced leg pain after runs. Highly recommend and will be using these going forward
bernie H.
I suffer from ankle pain on long walks. I have noticed my ankles are less sore since I started using.
Christopher O.
Exactly as described by the maker. Great comfort and fit. I’ve used them on trail and road and they really do soak up the impact. They Moulded to my feet during the first 10km and are simply the best insoles I have had. Will be ordering another pair for my trail shoes.
sidra m.
Excellent product and service. I am currently recovering from an injury and with these insoles my feet feel so much more comfortable. Highly recommended.
Carol J.
Very comfortable
KENNETH B.
These insoles have greatly improved my knee and hip problem. Superb and worth every penny. Highly recommended
Nicola E.
For the 1st time in months and months, my 12yr old with Severs hasn’t complained that his feet hurt. I bought a pr of running insoles and switch between school shoes and runners. Really chuffed thanks
Ian N.
Felt that after 250 miles my normal trainer insoles and trainers felt like not getting the same cushioning. So I Got new Enertor insoles as used these previously. Now it feels like I am in new trainers. I am a neutral runner so these insoles give me just a little arch support. Works for me.
Frances B.
excellent support
Mike S.
Slipped these into my Hoka’s and it’s like running on clouds. Achilles and plantar fasciitis issues have plagued me for years but these help so much. Would really recommend as you can confidently up the mileage while limiting lower limb soreness.
David Anthony M.
Painful feet after a half marathon are no longer a problem since using your running insoles, just brilliant
Sheila H.
I only wear them in my road running shoes and have only worn them a few times. They feel fine.
I didn't have a particular problem but at age 72 anything that can reduce impact on my joints is welcome.
Laura K.
Noticeable difference as soon as I put them in my trainers. I had been having hip problems after a twisted pelvis. My pelvis was corrected but my left hip was taking a long time to recover and each time I ran it aggravated it and the next day if was stiff and sore. Since using these insoles I have really noticed and improvement. My hip is almost fully recovered and running is no longer aggravating it.
Jason P.
Have transformed an undiagnosed and painful ankle injury of 7 years! Can’t recommend highly enough
Edward T.
These are my second pair that I have bought never fail to impress me with the fit & comfort when out running
