Enertor Running insoles have been designed with the dynamics of a runner in mind. The full length insoles are made from a unique PX1 material technology which has been specifically engineered for running offering outstanding shock absorption, a cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour known as a 'Met Pad' to help spread the load on the forefoot.
With excellent energy return from heel to toe, they will keep you performing at your best for longer. They can help to reduce pain not only in your feet, but also in ankles, shins, hips, lower back and legs. They will also help to aid recovery time and help to reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. Ideal for running, sport, gym and HIIT sessions.
These insoles are full length and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive trainers. They are also suitable in football or rugby boots as long as the current boot insole is removable and there is enough space to accommodate the new insole. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.

- People wanting to stay away from injury or pain
- People wanting added comfort
- Suitable for neutral or supportive trainers
- Flat to medium or medium to high arch height (not for those with extremely high arches and/or rigid arch)

Always a sceptic but experiencing continual heal pain after running I had to try something. Inserted the insoles and off I went for a 5 mile jaunt...no pain during or after. So very pleased.
After having plantar fasciitis for the last 9 months I am so glad these were recommended to me. Although the insoles won't cure it that have helped me to walk with more ease and comfort and I can't recommend them highly enough... Absolutely amazing insoles. Thank you
Quality but now need a few pair so any discount code would be most welcome. Have a busy private physiotherapy practice so will be talking about enertor insoles
Great insoles....has helped my PF A LOT! A Questiin I have: do i remove the original insoles or insert these in addition? Pls advise asap. Thx
I have had multiple minor injuries in the last 250 miles of running. Since wearing these and doing 40 miles over a couple of weeks I'm happy to say I feel great and am running pain free! I was very dubious but I am very glad I went ahead and but them!
I suffer from Knee Pain during and after runs and these certainly have helped reduce the impact I have on them. They are definitely a great addition to a good pair of running shoes.
These are soft and comfortable but with enough arch support to help relieve my achy plantar fascia. I have ordered another pair too.
I suffer with Achilles and plantar pain. I saw an article about these and decided to give them a go. I love them , the pain and stiffness I felt has nearly gone. They were easy to fit, and comfortable to run in. Very impressed.
Great fit in all my shoes definitely going to get more for all my shoes,I have had shin splints and they have definitely helped 100%
I was having really bad pains under my foot arch during my exercise classes at the gym . But a while of wearing these ....the pain appears to have subsided. One happy exerciser. So now I can resume full steam ahead during my classes xxxx
My job involves standing for long periods, which led to heel pain - the Enetor running insoles have totally eliminated the pain and discomfort. Will be ordering more!
Ive been on a couple of runs with these but mainly hand them in my trainers whilst training. I wear UA trainers and they fit nice and snug and have been comfortable for quick bursts of speed and they take alot of weight from me being at 17 stone. Worth the buy
Bought these due to experiencing toe pain post run. Comfortable and appear to have reduced the amount of pain. Hopefully solved the problem. Would recommend.
I struggled with lower limb problems for a long time, these insoles really make a difference, they have greatly reduced the pain and soreness allowing me to enjoy running again. Highly recommend.
very comfortable and less lower back pain
i have been using these insoles in my tennis shoes and i have to say that my leg aching seems far less. I am hoping its the insoles as i've not made any other changes.
I am a middle distance runner ( 71 years young ) and developed Metatarsalgia Having researched the injury the RICE as usual was mentioned but also Enertor insoles. Nothing to lose I purchased a pair , WOW what a difference they made. I ran with them once the injury had cleared, they made such a difference. The cushioning is superb, lightweight I will be ordering a second pair as I have two pair of running shoes - as all runners do !!!!!
I bought these insoles as I’ve had various mild running-related foot injuries in the last few years and I’m hopeful they will help to prevent more of these! The first time I tried them was on a 10 mile run and I can honestly say my feet have never felt so comfortable. I’ve run up to 20 miles in these with no problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend them based on my experiences so far.
I struggled with MTS (shin splints) for the majority of the last year, initially when running but then even with walking at times. I had all kinds of specialist treatments for months with a physio therapist including shock therapy and acupuncture, all without success. I also have tried 3 other inner sole brands which all just made my feet ache. Finally (and fortunately), I stumbled across Enertor on an Instagram ad' with the egg video, so I did some more research on YouTube and on the Enertor website. I purchased some of the running insoles, initially thinking they were a little expensive, cut a little off the end to fit my shoes and gave them a try. It has been 2 months now and the insoles have literally changed my life, and are 100% worth every penny! I have had little to no pain in my shins or legs, my feet do not ache and I now play football with them 2 times a week, run and go to the gym another 3 times a week, and use them whenever I put on shoes. As I said, they have changed my life as I could previously only exercise about once every week to give my legs time to heal. All I have left to say to Enertor is, THANK YOU!!
I had a pair of the walking insoles, which I'd been using for both walking and running, and had found them very comfortable once I'd got used to them. I decided to also buy a pair of the running insoles too. They were comfortable straight away and although the difference from the walking insoles must only be slight, I did feel noticeably lighter on my feet and had more of a spring in my step. On my first run with them I beat my 10k PB and on my second run my 5k PB, so I think they work. More importantly, at the end of each run I could have carried on further and on each day I actually felt like going out for a second run later.

The new running insoles are an absolute god send and I’m going to order some for my work boots
Amazing, i forgot to tape my feet for a recent 10k race, remembered half way through and was dreading the bruised soles and recurring plantar symptoms afterwards BUT it didnt come, not that afternoon or the next day Or at all, i didnt have to ice pack ny feet, i wasnt hobbling out of bed the next day, amazing, i will be getting more insoles for my normal shoes & boots. Im so happy to be pain free.
Only ran with them in my trainers a couple of times so far so good no sore feet yet so all good
Completed three 3.5 mile runs now over the space of 10 days, knees and ankles not showing the soreness of before, quads also not as tight following a run. The Enertor inner soles have made a significant improvement to how it feels to run and I now feel I can begin to increase the distance and pace again.
Have only been using it for a couple of weeks but has definitely helped with my achilles tendon and heel pain.
I have the insoles in running and walking shoes as well as my sons football boots. Awesome product stopped achillies issues..
As an older runner I have tried many insoles to go in my running shoes over the years and still had pain in my left foot around the small toe area. Since wearing these insoles I have been spared the misery of running in discomfort. They are supportive and comfortable. Would recommend.
Responsive... really nice insoles for the money.
Hi, I’ve only got the old Enertors, but today I’ve done my first 5k , with a torn cartilage, in 2years, and hardly noticed my knee, and was surprised how well the run went . I’m going to be ordering your new ones
Really pleased, made all the difference when I swapped them into my running shoes. Probably will have to buy another pair for my other shoes so happy am I with my first experience with the inner soles.
Excellent insoles, very comfortable making every run easier
Love the running insoles, they've been a lifesaver during my half marathon training when beforehand I was having a lot of ankle/foot issues which are now so much better. I'd have had to stop my training if it hadn't been for them for sure. I want a pair in all my shoes now!
I was a bit reluctant to pay quite a high price for a set of insoles. I suffer from plantar fasciitis in my left foot and became desperate to see if anything might help. At first I thought they didn't look that much different to the existing insoles in my running shoes so I wasn't hopeful. They felt a little odd and slightly uncomfortable at first but this didn't affect my feet or my running. After a couple of weeks of wearing I've definitely seen a reduction in the pain in my left heel. I now find I am wearing the trainers with the insoles during the day because they feel so comfortable. So now I wish that I'd taken advantage of the bundle offer because I'm going to put them in all my running shoes. I'm impressed with something that doesn't look much but has given me a lot of pain relief. Highly recommended
My second pair of enertor insoles and the design has changed. These are longer and thinner, however they are easy to cut down and still add comfort and spring to my trainers.
I bought the new insole with PX1 technology because I was looking for an insole which was light but with great shock absorption. I was expecting the insole to be flat, but it's significantly raised on the inside edge around the arch area and back towards the heel, so it's twice as thick as on the outside edge. I find this very uncomfortable to run in. I haven't tried to return the insoles as I had to cut them down a little to get them to fit in my shoe. £29.99 wasted.
Liked the old insoles but do not like the new ones. Have gone back to wearing the old ones
Bit apprehensive to start with but I’d really recommend these as they are so comfy and really help with my marathon training
I routinely buy these insoles when I get new running shoes. I know they will reduce my chance of injury significantly.
Very pleased with the Enertor insoles. Have made a very noticeable difference to my overall comfort whilst jogging. Would highly recommend them!
Once I got used to them they were more comfortable than my old Enertors. The only thing they need is a cutting guide for size 11. Recommended without reservation.
very comfortable and make running more pleasurable.
I suffer from a little bit of heel pain as a result of running but using these insoles I run pain free (the pain only comes afterwards especially when I wear flip flops or similar) Recommended.
Seems to have done the trick for me very pleased
I have worn these insoles twice since purchasing, certainly made the run less painful, still had some pain after the run and the following day but hoping that in time the pain post run will improve.
I had real problems with shin splints but buying the running insoles has pretty much cured my problem almost over night. I would highly recommend these products
Decided to spend more money than usual on insoles as doing 4 marathons in September. Bit more comfort. Bought these and just can't use them. I have slightly wider fit shoe/feet. The arch area on these is quite narrow so find that I'm just standing on the arch rather than snuggly settled in. These are made for narrow feet and I'm rather disappointed. I've used many other well known insoles in past and can honestly say "never had this problem" and saved myself half the money. Won't buy again, sorry.
Amazing soles I’ve had plantar fasciitis for years but the pain is nowhere near as painful with these on my feet
Up until buy some Enertor insoles I was picking up various leg injuries that were related to my running gait. I am a older runner and needed to try everything to avoid injuries! Since using the insoles my running as come in leaps and bounds and running injury free ! Love them and cannot recommend highly enough Thank You
The reviews were positive and so I took the plunge to purchase. The insoles are well made and for well. The one downside for me is the fabric used on the surface, it's a bit slippy and your feet feel as though there's too much movement. It would be nice to see a different fabric used. In use you can really feel the "bounce" the insoles give you. Worth buying.
I’m a sceptical person I’ve tried other insults of a similar price but these insoles are far superior helping with the pains in my feet tremendously highly recommended
Am injured at the moment ,so have been using them walking. They do seem very comfortable. Can't wait to try them running again....one day, I hope
First, the not-so-great things. They add a fair amount of height to your insole, so your heel may not sit in the heel counter of your shoe properly. They do not have a cup shape in the heel so they can make your running shoes feel unstable if you have any amount of heel movement in your natural running gait. The underside of the heel is completely flat which does not work well in most athletic shoes that have a natural cup shape to the heel and footbed. I used a sanding tool to wear away the heel edges into a cup shape. Now, the great things... They feel different the first time you step into them, but that's because you're about to experience a treat in shock absorption. There is still good ground contact feel, but the jarring is somehow removed from that sensation (excellent for runners). The forefoot is wide enough that you don't feel a gap between the insole and the shoe like you do on some insoles that start out too narrow. They have a nice amount of arch support that seems to fill in where my shoes come up just short... Although this could be bad if your shoes are perfect on arch support already. With that, there is currently only one insole I would buy over these for running unless you need orthotics (sorry, can't name them or the review would be blocked). These will live in my daily trainers since those have enough stability to compensate for what I lose with these insoles.
Having suffered a year of excruciating plantar fasciitis Pain that has reduced me from ultra running to no running at all I felt I’d never be able to run again. These inner soles have been so helpful in enabling gentle jogging; started with the basic ones after my first steroid injection and they made a noticeable difference to the heel pain that prevented even walking. I’m now waiting for shockwave therapy and have started using the running inner soles which have been amazing. I can jog gently for 40 minutes with minimal discomfort. I’ve put them in regular asics road shoes - the 7-8 fit well into my women’s size 8 shoes. They won’t cure the injury but are a huge help in allowing me to run by significantly reducing pain. Highly recommend.
Having suffered from various knee injuries in the past due to wear/tear and cartilage degeneration i have struggled to find any insoles that would enable me to continue running. Thought i would try the Enertor PX1 running shoes to see if they would offer any help and i wasn't disappointed. The insole is only thin but when inside your running shoe it feels excellent and so comfy. When running on pavements it feels like there is hardly any impact on your ankles/knees or hips. I would give this product 10/10 and recommend to any runners old or new.
Excellent insoles ,worn them for the last 2/3 years . good fit inside the running shoe without taking up toe room etc.Quality product and as the phrase goes "it does what it says on the tin!"
I have plantar plate issues which can make running a very painful experience. I was rather sceptical about these insoles but, having been using them for a couple of months now, they have proved otherwise. These insoles have really made a difference and I can run again, relatively pain free. Definitely be using these all the time from now on.
I had nearly given up on running due to calf pain. It seemed no matter how much stretching or foam rolling I did in between runs, that my run would still be plagued by tension in the calf followed by a day where I could barely walk. Since getting the in soles I get barely any pain in my calf and no pain post run. Game changer.
Really happy with these insoles, comfort and pain free running, brilliant
It's not that I don't like it, it just didn't work for me. I have plantar fasciitis and bought these with the socks in hopes it would help even a bit. I felt minor pain when I started and few hours later I am now struggling to walk. Which is the same as when I was just wearing a tubigrip previously running. Decided to try a run again as I had 3 weeks leaving it and felt yesterday for the first time I had no pain at work and a little pain at night so thought it was better until today. Back to square one for me
I have used these insoles for a couple of years now and find them far more comfortable and shock absorbant than the standard shoe insoles.
Absolutely love these. Have suffered tight calf/achilles and peroneal tendonitis, but noticed a big difference with these insoles. Very comfortable and the new ones are lighter than my original insoles. Definitely worth the money :)
I must admit I was a bit sceptical about the difference that insoles would make. I used to be a keen runner and, after getting out of the habit, have been plagued with calf strains since starting again. It's been really demoralising as when I get injured, I've needed to take a few weeks off before building up again. I've tried physio, different running shoes and compression sleeves but still suffering injuries after short distances. I read about the insoles and thought I'd give them a go... all I can say is wow! No calf strains and running faster and longer than I have in a long time :-) If you are unsure, give them a go. I've found them to be life-changing!
I had been suffering swelling and pain on the outside of my foot , from excess cycle turbo trainer use. My sport insoles were very well worn so I replaced them with the enertor runner insoles . I have been wearing them in my everyday trainers for three weeks as the injury heals. The insoles are very supportive and seem to get more comfortable the longer you wear them.
I saw these advertised on Facebook and was dubious but after months of alternating lower leg injuries I was willing to give anything a try. I’ve currently used them for 5 runs, the longest so far 7 miles. My feet feel really cushioned and supported. The fit is great and I’ve had no problems with blisters etc. What’s more my pace has improved by at least 30 seconds per mile without me really noticing any extra effort. So I’d say so far so good!
I'd almost given up on runnjng as I struggled with plantar fascia related pains in both feet every time I ran prior to using the Enertor insoles. With these in place I've been able to get back out running frequently with no pains at all in my feet the next day. These insoles do exactly what they say they do, they are great!
I find that Enertor insoles are Comfortable which do help approve Speed whilst I run
Bought a pair to use in my trainers and extremely happy with them so far!
I replaced the insoles in my running shoes with these as the original ones felt like they were slicing into the arch of my feet, and it's been a total revelation - they're so comfortable and bouncy and although you can feel the arch structure, it's soft rather than solid and so feels comfortable. I struggle with arch blisters in almost all running shoes but these insoles seem to have cured it! One tiny criticism is that the toe section is narrower than my actual shoes but they don't seem to move and so this hasn't caused problems, I'd have just preferred it to be slightly larger and trim it to size if necessary than be a bit too small.
Complete waste of money ... bought the running ones as I’ve been sufferering with plantar fasciitis... still can’t run .. had them 3/4 weeks and made no difference... Can I get a refund ??
I was getting pain in my left shin with lumps appearing and pain in my lower back right side which was compensation pain caused my my shin issues. Put enertor running insoles into trainers and no more pain and no more shin and back problems. Thank you!! Fantastic product!!!
I use the 'running' Enertor insoles in both my trail and hill running shoes and have been very pleasantly surprised. I appreciate the additional support for when I hit the hard packed trails however it is not too much that I can't feel the terrain on more technical ground. I have suffered on and off with Plantar Fasciitis over the past few years and I feel using these insoles combined with the additional advice from Enertor has really helped.
I was struggling with tired legs on trail runs due to my old insoles being past the point of no return. I saw the test with the egg and thought I would give them a go. So glad I did. Many comfortable miles later they are great and working well. Highly recommend
Been using these for a little while. Thought it would be good to renew. You certainly feel as though your feet are protected wearing them.
Very comfortable highly recommended!
I was a little hesitant buying these, as an experienced runner insoles are not something I’d though was effective. I started with shin splints and suffer with plantar fasciitis and Piriformis syndrome which causes hip pain now and then from running. Since wearing these insoles even the first time I wore them I noticed a massive reduction in pain and discomfort and ran better. I use them for both speed sessions and long runs and they are perfect. cannot recommend them enough!!!!
Hello, I have tested the new insoles in two outings and for the moment the feeling is really very good: cushioning and protective at the same time. I will update you later. Sincerely
It's like nothing i've tried before. I'm a runner that suffered from shin splints a couple of times a year. They are annoying and always seem to get me when I'm least enjoying my running and honestly don't need a reason to not run! These insoles have honestly changed that. It feels as though the shock of impact is taken away. I've had 2 runs in the last few days and both have been pleasurable. Little to no pain from existing shin splints, enabling me to keep going.
The amazing insoles is really helping me a lot with my arthritis joint pains!,I'm walking much better with incredible comfort throughout!, each day!.The delivery is quick!,after 2 days this amazing product is straight to my door!.
Really great performance insoles, have helped my son get his feet moving on the tennis court! He said they felt amazing.
I has having trouble with my knee and hamstring whist out running and no matter how much I iced, stretched or rested it didn't seem as though the problem was going away anytime soon. The advert for these popped up my fb page and I bought them on a whim. Feeling a bit skeptical that they would actually work. When they arrived I put them in my trainers and thought I would test them by just walking around in them. Straight away I noticed the difference, the knee pain eased dramatically. The next day I took them out for a short run , which I had done in at least a few weeks. The difference was fantastic. With each run after that the pain has got less and less. Would definitely recommend to anyto give these a try
I tried these to help with my knee when running. Now I can actually run again! I am taking it slow and fairly short distances at the moment though but so far so good! Comfy and have prevented pain so I am pretty happy so far.
I have some of your "old style" insoles which I have used in several different running shoes. They're very supportive but quite heavy and fairly rigid. These new ones are much lighter, seem just as supportive, but they are much softer and, for me at least, they give much more rebound. I have done several good runs with them including one personal best. So you could say that I am very pleased with them!
What a difference they have made. The comfort and support I now have whilst running Is fantastic, plus my distance times have improved too. A win, win all round. I would definitely recommend every runner to get a pair of Enertor’s.
Lightweight, non intrusive and a great replacement for conventional insoles. I m 62 now and still enjoy my running - why take risks when there is something like this on the market to protect my moving bits and pieces!
Amazing I bout some sidas high arch 3s Some time ago I work as a scaffolder and run quite a lot picked up shins splints A little while back and couldn’t shake them The sidas where okay reduced the pain slightly So I thought to try these but they are by far the best insoles on the market I feel next to no pain what so ever at work or running
I wear my new enetor insoles inside a slightly older pair of trainers when I go trail running. I LOVE how supportive, yet springy they feel.
I found it really comfortable. Using them in my running shoes and feel like my step is lighter. Hoped that it would help me with lower back pain, however, I don't think it makes much of a change. But like I said, it is lighter to run.
These are good. Very soft and comfortable. Would be a 5 but they haven't got the heel cup or the firm arch support of the previous performance insole. An insole made with the PX1 technology with the arch support and heel cup of the previous performance insole would be an absolute winner.
Often had knee pain especially after long runs. The On trainers went some way to helping but since using them with the Enertor insoles I have had no more knee pains. A great combination.
I bought the insoles to help treat a fairly painful case of plantar. I still feel some pain but the soles have definitely helped me to keep running. I've just ordered another pair for my gym trainers as well.
After suffering with shin splints for a few months I thought I would try out the insoles. So pleased with them, very comfortable and I’m slowly getting back to running again.
Quite possibly the most over rated product I've ever spent 30 quid on. I had hoped they would be the answer to my soar feet.but ,and in all honesty, they made things more uncomfortable.
I am now fully converted with 6 pairs. As soon as I buy an new pair of casual shoes or trainers I yank out the flimsy cheap inner sole and put in my Enetors! My knees have are pain free for the first tome in years.
These are very comfortable in my running trainers. Only had them for 1 week, so hopefully I will start to notice a difference in the next couple of weeks.
Unfortunately struggling to get good fitment in my Cloudswifts, will persevere. May need some more material trimming on sides
