Enertor Running insoles have been designed with the dynamics of a runner in mind. The full length insoles are made from a unique PX1 material technology which has been specifically engineered for running offering outstanding shock absorption, a cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour known as a 'Met Pad' to help spread the load on the forefoot.
With excellent energy return from heel to toe, they will keep you performing at your best for longer. They can help to reduce pain not only in your feet, but also in ankles, shins, hips, lower back and legs. They will also help to aid recovery time and help to reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. Ideal for running, sport, gym and HIIT sessions.
These insoles are full length and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive trainers. They are also suitable in football or rugby boots as long as the current boot insole is removable and there is enough space to accommodate the new insole. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.
- Neutral runners or runners who mildly pronate
- People wanting to stay away from injury or pain
- People wanting added comfort

Excellent for training and HIIT . Really helped in the training shoes
I bought these expecting great things but didn’t notice they had some arch support which i don’t need as I use orthotics so I found them slightly uncomfortable , if they had been neutral insoles I would’ve been happier.
After breaking my back, I've struggled with my recovery. I found the shock loading my body experienced everything I walked hindered my recovery.. I recommend these Inner soles, They have significantly reduced the pains and joint pain..
I bought these after experiencing discomfort in both my heels and low legs, presumably shin splints. I rested for a couple of weeks and then tried the insoles for running. They have had absolutely zero impact on the problem. Now I'm not expecting a miracle cure for £30 and they probably do help some people with minor comfort issues, just don't expect them to do anything more than that. Bit of a waste of money and disappointing given how they market themselves.
Been having issues with my Achilles and heel very painful i was recommended these insoles so thought i would try them. Having used them now a few times they has been a significant improvement in my problem areas of my heel and Achilles. I will recommend them to my friends and anyone who has similar problems.
Very good insole, reduced ankle joint pain after about 30 miles of running. It stands as the best non-orthotic I have used. Takes some getting used to, allow some settle in time. I recommend.
These insoles have made a massive difference to the comfort in my running shoes. Especially now into the 18/20 mile long runs. Only thing I find is they make my feet really hot and are a bit tight in my shoe. I would definitely recommend getting a set as the comfort makes up for that.
An improvement on version 1, allowing me to wear less cushioned shoes for longer runs and good return for fast intervals
The running inner sole I purchased has certainly made an improvement in my Saucony trainers. Very comfortable and the impact to my joints seem to have reduced! The socks mind are not so great for running I’m afraid, so don’t bother, which is a shame!
Have only been using these in my trainers for a couple of weeks so difficult to say if any real progress. What I can say is they are comfortable and my pain level is not worse, which I did experience after a run prior to using these so winner.
I was experiencing knee pain and seemed to be slight pronating inwards, decided to try Enertor insoles and socks and I can already feel the difference after only one weeks use. No more pain and I feel as I’m actually running correctly now. Best investment ever.
Bought this product as I suffer from plantar fascitis and have done for 3 years now. After walking in these insoles my ankles ache. Socks make my feet sweat .
Great selection of products to suit all needs and website guides you to which is best (as not medical, only suggests) so its easy to choose Which type is best for you. My package came quickly and I had no issues so would definitely be using again if necessary
I am a Padel player and have had serious knee issues resulting in surgery. Before I bought these running insoles after playing I suffered a lot of pain from my knees. Since buying the insoles I am able to play and train for longer and after the pain has reduced dramatically. I would definitely recommend these insoles for anyone playing our beautiful sport.
After having a few niggles with knee pain decided to invest in a pair of insoles. I love them, they are comfy, I'm having no more knee pain and I'm feeling great after each run. I have just ordered anpair for mine and my husbands walking trainers now. Really impressive product!
Having had problems with my knees in the past I find the insoles have helped me greatly. I love the feel of the socks. I'm hoping for better times in the future.
I train six days a week and for some time now, I've been struggling with sore foot pads on my runs in models of shoe that I've run in happily previously. I saw the ad for Enertor insoles and decided to give them a go. What a difference! Comfy on a seven mile run from the start with lots of bounce in them. Not a sore spot on the soles of my feet and I actually felt really good after my run with none of the aches or pains that I often get. The socks that I bought as a deal package were really comfy too. I'd really recommend this product to give bounce and comfort to your trainers.
I have been using the inner soles for a few weeks now and they haven't caused me any issues which is a good start. I have to say that on my longer runs 20km plus they seem to make a significant difference and take quite a bit of pressure away from my knees and hips, so I'm a happy customer.
Really pleased with the inner soles and socks, has definitely helped my shin splints and would definitely recommend to others who experience this issue
Quicker recovery from my runs and alot less pain in my shins and hips. I would definitely recommend these to anyone .
Nice and comfortable, but I feel they angle my feet to the outside of my sole which I don’t know if I can get used to them? Used on 3 runs.Might need to get the flat ones?
Plagued with a recent case of plantar fasciitis, I was drawn to search for anything that could offer me relief or support whilst allowing me to maintain my current fitness goals. I came across the Enertor performance insole and I have to admit, I was a little bit skeptical of how well these would actually perform but nether the less I took the plunge and bought them. The arch support was noticeably strong, as I’m used to wearing fairly minimalist shoes outside of running, but in general these insoles were very comfortable, so I took them out on a 8 mile run and other than getting used to the initial sensation of breaking them in, I got on really well. They next day my foot with PF felt remarkably improved, with less pain and tightness than usual. Now 3 weeks and 70 miles later, I’m very convinced these do what they claim and will continue to use them. I still throw in some non supported runs with minimalist shoes and without insoles to build up foot strength and running technique, but I will always come back to these insoles for the rest of my running program. I’d be very interested to try the version of the insole without the arch support as well to fit in my race day shoes as that’s the only limitation I’ve had so far with my Nike zoom 3’s that the think arch support on the insole doesn’t fit as well in a very shaped shoe.
The new running insoles and socks feel amazing, not sure if my fastest times in 4 years are down to them but they certainly help! So comfy too
Excellent product for my old legs——May well order another pair—-could you please send me a discount code. George Fraser Annan and District A C
I have used insoles for a couple of years now, ever since I had an achilles injury. My old ones however were only “under the heel” ones that I read were not the best to have. I have found the Enternor insoles very comfortable but it is too early to yet say if they make a difference.
I was very sceptical about these insoles but thought they were worth a try. I'm just getting back in to running after 8yrs. I suffer with piriformis syndrome after the bolt holding my false hip snapped out. It irritates the nerves and muscles when running the streets with the vibrations. I've noticed a big difference with these insoles in. The jarring and shock waves are none existent. I will be getting another set for sure once these wear out.
Excellent been running with them in everything seems ok
Great insole. Since I started using them haven’t had any pain during or after running.
Fantastic running insoles. I can tell the difference already. They complement my new ASICS trainers perfectly.
Had lateral ankle pain, weeks and weeks, I started to even lose hope. Seven days of using these insoles and I am 95% pain-free! They are amazing! They were so good in fact that I even had a podiatrist consultation with Lisa Belamey at Enertor to see if there was anything else I could do for my Ankle
Just ok, nothing special.
Very comfortable for some one who walks up to 25km in work per day
Amazing!!! I honestly didn’t think that the original insoles could be improved upon, but how wrong I was. The new PX1 insoles are like running on clouds and when combined with the running socks it is unbelievable the comfort I feel. Well done Enertor
The insoles have already made a huge difference especially when the ground is so hard at the momen.
Been for a few runs with these in. They feel springy and comfortable.
Great improvement on an already good product. Not as pain in my heel since I bought theV1, now I have 3 pairs of V1 and one of the V2. May need another pair as I’ve just bought a new pair of trainers
Excellent. I didn't particularly like the old plastic footbed which creek a lot but these new insoles are superb. 12hr shifts in my work boots are now very comfortable.
The new insoles are great, lighter and thinner but with more impact absorption than the previous version which was the best one I’d tried.
The new Enertor PX1 technology insoles are superb - lighter than their predecessors, but with the same level of cushioning and support. I'm using them during rehab from a running-related injury, and having walked with and without them in my trainers I can really feel the difference. The socks in the runners bundle are also high quality and very comfortable.
Specifically purchased for running shoes, and these certainly work. My knees are definitely feeling the benefit. I own other Enertor insoles which are excellent but these new PX1 suit me for running.
Really like these new PX1 insoles. Shock absorption and support seems to be just as effective and they are much thinner than previous ones. Will definitely be buying more.
