- Included - 1x pair Enertor Running Insoles
Enertor Running insoles have been designed with the dynamics of a runner in mind. The full length insoles are made from a unique PX1 material technology which has been specifically engineered for running offering outstanding shock absorption, a cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour known as a 'Met Pad' to help spread the load on the forefoot.
With excellent energy return from heel to toe, they will keep you performing at your best for longer. They can help to reduce pain not only in your feet, but also in ankles, shins, hips, lower back and legs. They will also help to aid recovery time and help to reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. Ideal for running, sport, gym and HIIT sessions.
These insoles are full length and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive trainers. They are also suitable in football or rugby boots as long as the current boot insole is removable and there is enough space to accommodate the new insole. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.
- Neutral runners or runners who mildly pronate (not those who supinate)
- People wanting to stay away from injury or pain
- People wanting added comfort
- Suitable for neutral or supportive trainers
- Flat to medium or medium to high arch height (not for those with extremely high arches and/or rigid arch)
- Footwear that has a removable insole and/or excess space in the footwear eg trainers, football or rugby boots
- Suitable for any age group or body weight

It has taken 36 holes of golf to bed them in but they are now so comfortable and have allowed me to manage 36 holes in 48 hours for the first time for almost 10 years.
I have a pair of Enertors in my trail shoes and road shoes, they are very comfortable!
I’ve tried various products, particularly insoles, to try to help with continuing running problems. Like many people I am sceptical about claims made by companies; however my enertor insoles actually do work…after only a couple of weeks I am running with virtually no discomfort/ pain. I am in my mid 70s and decided to see if I could return to running 10k events, something I had been unable to do for several years. On Sunday I completed my 10k , no noticeable problems and no after effects. I heartily recommend you try this product for yourself.
I have only had my insoles a short time but have seen an improvement my feet do not ache nowhere near as much as they did. I haven’t started running properly yet, but teaching PE lessons are more enjoyable, I am currently doing exercises too so the combination is definitely helping. Wouldn’t be without them now.
I bought two pairs of these to replace the inner soles on my ASICS shoes as I was getting an ache in my legs but to be honest having used them six times, I am getting foot pain in arches where I didn’t have any before so persevering but will be putting the originals back soon if things don’t improve.
I bought these at the start of a beginners’ jogging plan. They seem to be making a difference to my knee pain from arthritis. Very comfortable to wear. Would recommended getting used to them gradually, as advised. Very pleased overall.
The insoles are fine
Apart from saving a pair of decent but worn trainers going in the bin (which alone is a good enough reason to buy) and helping me achieve some personal bests and preventing any pain/discomfort in the process; I’m not sure they’re any good! In fact, they’re not, they’re terrific.
Been competing in sprint triathlons for a few years now, my swimming and cycling I've always been happy with but the running has been a real struggle due to really bad aching legs, I was told I had collapsed arches. I tried these and now completed 2 Olympic distance triathlons and my legs have felt much better. Now looking forward to my 70.3 next year.
My 3rd pair of these new PX1 running insoles and would not use anything else these days. The new insoles are thin so they go in all of my running shoes but still give my feet and arches maximum protection.
I got my insoles at the same time as my new running shoes arrived so I tried them both. Felt like running on air! I took out the Entertor insoles and replaced them with the original Brooks ones and I’ve now put them back. Got a good time in last week’s 10k race!
I bought a pair of these and after my feet had got used to them they are really comfortable, i want to buy more pairs for my other non running shoes now. Highly recommended!
I have ankle problems and these so far they have certainly helped me when l run
These are my 3rd pair of insoles. Very comfortable and they do the job.
They seem to be good
Best insole ive bought for running
I suffer with plantar fasciitis. Still in the process of breaking in these insoles so only wearing for an hour at a time, but so far so good. I’ve managed a pain free short run (20 mins) today so I’m really pleased. Just hoping this continues as PF is so frustrating and painful.
Being having calf issues playing football .had these for week or so and can honestly say I've felt the difference already .early days but sofar so good
Great insoles for protecting feet/legs just wish they could trim weight down abit….. over double the weight of standard insoles and is noticeable if racing
Easy to trim to size, noticeable difference in feel and reduction in foot fatigue - so far so good! They seem to add stability towards the end of a longer run too. Of note, the insoles (by my measurement and feel) add a 5mm heel drop.
For me, I could feel the difference in my legs from the very first run using the running insoles… I’ve felt a noticeable easing of the discomfort in my troublesome Achilles and overall my legs don’t feel as tired and recover faster… Was sceptical about them before purchase but now I would totally recommend them…
These were not originally delivered to the right address. I tried sorting it myself with no success from Royal Mail. After telling Enertor about this, they sent a replacement which arrived the very next day after informing them. As to the insoles they feel very comfortable and I hardly notice my plantar faciliitis now when I am running. Very pleased.
These are my third pair of running insoles. I now wouldn't be without them and I get a new pair every time I change my running shoes. I then move the old running pair into my walking boots! They are brilliant and I can't recommend enough...suffice to say I won't run without them!
Insoles very bouncy and comfortable. Personally I did not need much running in. Had for three weeks now and still comfortable. No injuries and feeling supportive. Are they worth the hefty price? Don’t know yet.
Bought these for my son to help with sore feet and knees and I have to say 3 weeks of football and no sore feet on knees . Well done guys great product !
These really work. More bounce in my stride, no pain and faster pace over kms. Love them, really expensive but worth it.
I use them in my gym trainers for use on the cross trainer. So far ( 6 hours of use) they are the most comfortable insoles I have ever used.
This is the 3rd pair of enertor insole I've bought and I'm glad I invested in every single pair . After suffering with chronic pain in my left knee for 3 years I'm now pain free . If anyone is hesitating in buying enertor I'd thoroughly recommend they do so .
The insoles seem OK but I need an insole with higher instep support and a metatarsal dome. Without these they are no good for running. Do you do an insole with these?
Starting to feel a diffence in less pain
Finished an ironman thanks to these!
Great for running and walking. Definitely take the pressure off your feet
It's taken a couple of days to get used to wearing the insoles but they are now comfortable to wear. However I am suffering with achilles tendonitis and unfortunately it is going to take a few months of stretching exercises and slowly building up walking before I feel better. What I am hoping is that these insoles will aid that recovery a bit more quickly by correcting the pronation of my foot and instability of the heel.
Really pleased with these insoles, I have been struggling with foot pain on longer runs and with these insoles the pain has gone. Great fit in my shoes, would definitely recommend.
Bought the running insoles for our Coast 2 Coast walk. St Bees - Robin Hoods Bay (in 12 days). I was very dubious of how they would help me do the walk but can say they are amazing. No injuries and finished each day without a limp. Love them. Fantastic value too
I bought the insoles after buying a brand new pair of running shoes which didn't work for me. I couldn't afford to go out and buy a second brand new pair. So I put the insoles in an old pair of running trainers. The difference was amazing. The insoles made the old trainers feel better than brand new. They are comfortable and really seem to protect your feet and legs from the wear and tear of training for a marathon. I would definitely recommend.
Slightly skeptical at first but they certainly were a pleasant surprise. Plantear Facetious, what Plantear Facetious!
Initially I wasn't sure if the insoles made much difference but I read it can take a few weeks to get used to them. After 2-3 weeks of regular use I've noticed my legs are much less achey and stiff and that's with increasing the mileage too. The insoles are also very comfortable in my trainers. Glad I persevered.
I am a 5k specialist road runner and also play football as well as walk our 2 collies; I average 130k a week at various speeds. Back in November I developed plantar fasciitis probably caused by a great deal of charity road running during Covid lockdown. Rest was difficult since as all runners know, rest loses speed and stamina. Well after a difficult 6 months with the fasciitis flaring up and then receeding, I worked out that football really aggrevated the pain. Two weeks ago I bought the running insoles. Wow what a fantastic unbelievable difference. Football, no pain, yes my feet are tender but nothing like it was and running training is almost back to my usual distance, just got to work on the speed now. These insoles really, really work and are worth every penny. They are fantastic. I will be buying more.
Not been using long enough to tell yet.
I'm training for the Loch Ness marathon and have run 450 miles in my Asic Gel Cumulus 22 GTX trainers. Instead of buying new trainers, I extended the life of my existing ones using Enertor insoles. 100 miles further on and they have been perfect - they are thin, but provide excellent cushioning/protection, and will no doubt extend the life of my trainers for many more miles to come. I plan to buy a new pair of trainers with about 150 training miles to go before the marathon.
Perfect insoles, like walking/ running on air.
Walking around for 3 days solid my feet felt much better than the previous 3 weeks with heel pains
I normally run 70-80km a week… and Enertor Insoles have really helped in recovery time… feet, ankles are not so stiff or tired… Guys before ordering do take out insoles to measure size… I read some of reviews that Enertor don't fit some customers' shoes… they actually do, but you need to measure against your existing running shoes' insoles. hope this revew helps… enjoy
Bought these as I suffer from sever nerve pain in my feet and also suffer flare ups of Achilles tendinitis, I wore them in for short periods of time but unfortunately they made the pain in my feet worse so they’ve gone back in the box for now. I am willing to give them another go but hoping for better outcome 2nd time round. I don’t run but bought these for walking the dog .
Comfortable and supportive for my feet.I can feel the difference
Throughout my running career I have always had niggles with my Achilles tendon these amazing insoles certainly cushion my stride and help continue to run….. highly recommended
Fits well and feels very comfortable.
Enertor insoles in BrooksGhost running shoes really help the heel pain. The running insoles feel as supportive as the walking insoles- so I’d recommend them for running shoes..
Although I've only used them for two short runs, they are so comfortable and I have not suffered with any shin pain. Definitely recommend these insoles!!!!
It seems to prevent leg soreness and is keeping me injury free.
It doesn't make much difference compared to my normal soles in running shoes. I need a refund pls under your money back guarantee. I have email you twice to ask how to do this and you have not answered - very poor customer service too
Really pleased with these currently training for the London marathon and they are worth every penny.
Had some Enertor running insoles before, but I had them for 18 moths. Bought 2 new pairs, 1 running, 1 walking. Just over a week in, put it this way, I’ll renew every 6 months now, ankle pain gone, knee much better, soles of feet don’t feel ‘slapped’ after a day of standing, the walking insoles feel like duvets after a few days (not sure why they didn’t straight away) they’re expensive yes, but I will not wear any others now. I train 15 times a week, 30 min Hiit AM, 30 min run PM (7’30” miles) and 1 KM swim in the evening - mon - fri
I am often very cynical about advertisements that make claims or have famous people endorsement, but I have to say the running insoles do exactly what they claimed to do. I have purchased different pairs at cheaper prices but these have a nice light feel and so far no rubbing around my toes which have occured with other thicker pairs. Pricey but very impressed!
I'm a heavy runner and impact, especially when running downhill has always been a problem. I feel so free and different with these insoles. Only done a handful so far but highly rate them.
I find them more comfortable in my trainers but I havn't run in them much yet.
My wife spends a lot of time in Wellingtons or walking trainers as she has horses. She suffers from plantia fasciitis and Achilles pain. I bought her a pair of Enertor insoles for runners and she thinks they are brilliant. Most comfortable she has been in ages.
Peter Barnes B.
I had thought that they were okay although they did take quite a bit of 'wearing in' however in my first race using them I ended up with a dirty great blister on the ball of my foot (having never had a blister there in all my decades of running) so I'm not really sure what to do about them now.
I’m a runner and I also spend 6 to 9 hours in my feet at work. I’ve been suffering with a very sore Achilles. Since wearing these insoles for work and now back running after a rest, it seems to have improved. I do feel that they have helped
Really comfortable to wear. Easy to insert into running shoes. I chose to try these following a stress fracture to my foot.
18 mile trail run out the box. Extra thickness caused my toe to rub on top - never had that before. I need a few more runs to see if they make a difference.
Very comfortable. No knees or shin pains. Love it.
Very comfy amazing quality
They have made a lot of difference when I run. My feet don’t feel tired and ache as much from the impact of running on concrete/tarmac.
I am new to running this year. I have recently been struggling with my Achilles. I rested for 6-8 weeks and it’s much better but not 100%. I bought these Enertor insoles a couple of weeks ago and they have transformed my runs. I have little pain now in my Achilles and am very impressed with how these make my runs feel
Wore them out for a run with my run club for the first time in two weeks. My ankle felt really good and i was able to push all the way.
High quality product & definitely recommended to try out!!
High quality product, definitely recommend to try out!!
I’ve not felt any benefit from these. I bought them as I have just started to suffer plantar fasciitis, but they have not helped ease the pain at all- disappointed
Very comfortable insoles. Just ran my first 100k race with them and appreciated the cushioning!! Ordered 7-8 for my size 8.5 (UK) shoes. Slightly trimmed the toe ends to improve fit (v easy to do)
I currently suffer from plantar fasciitis and was finding that playing football had become painful. I’ve only had a couple of games with these insoles in so far, but I can feel a real difference already. My heel still hurts the morning after a game, but there’s been a big improvement.
My shoe size is 9, and these 9-10s are slightly too big. I'd prefer a insole which was specifically designed for size 9 shoes.
Running is so much more comfortable and enjoyable now I am wearing these insoles.
Arrived super fast and great quality, really helped me with shin splints and my longs no longer hurt after running in my boots
Pain free running!
Fantastic product, highly recommended.
Read the reviews, saw the hype, brought one pair for running, and although took a little time to settle, very impressed with the comfort and less foot pain. Then brought another set for my squash shoes, and again after settling in they are fantastic. Although quite pricy, well worth the money
Feels good on one foot. Other foot it has caused problems. I have quite a high instep so think that maybe the issue.
These definitely helped and worked. I would recommend to anyone having trouble with their feet.
Arrived quickly and they are really comfortable
This is my second pair of running insoles. I had painful knees when running. I tried a few types of insoles and once I found Enertor my pair has gone.
The middle of the sole is too high and hurting my arches
Didn’t notice any difference
Great improvement on the feel and fit of the standard insole
Provides excellent cushioning and bounce.
Make a big difference. Very comfortable. Using in my running shoes during recovery from a stress fracture in my foot
Very comfortable. Best insole I have had in my whole life (57 years old)
Great insole. Seems to be helping my PF !!
These insoles are so cushion-y! I love them. They keep my feet from injuries and keep me running in my 60s
Little and often to get used to the insole. Once accustomed to the insole, comfortable and forgiving on hard surfaces.
A pleasant feeling of comfort and beneficial gait correction
I bought these for my son as his job involves a lot of physical fitness and some endurance runs. He has used Enertor insoles for a few runs and he said he felt less tired after using those insoles and they were very comfortable to wear. I will be purchasing walking insoles for him also.
Insoles are too thick, they aren’t particularly comfortable as a result
