Israel have led the way during the first 3 days in the Running World Cup but several competing nations are now closing the gap on them, with 3 days still to go.
Big nations like France are doing really well in the competition with over 3000 runners but equally smaller counties with 25 runners are also near the top of the leaderboard.

How to help your country
The best way to improve the ranking of your country on the Running World Cup leaderboard is to encourage more of your running squad to get out and run.
So far there are still over 20000 runners signed up to the Running World Cup challenge on Strava who are yet to get out there and register some miles.
There is also the option to run more yourself and sign up new friends, even if they run a small distance they will help add to your nations score.
Find a strong finish
If you have enjoyed the challenge so far, make sure you find the time to join in over the next 3 days before time runs out.
If you took advantage of our free $15.00 voucher offer to spend on goods such as Performance insoles from the Enertor store you should be in good shape to cover even more miles!
Good luck and enjoy the event.
