    Enertor Walking insoles are designed to improve your walking comfort whether this is due to tired or painful feet, bunions, standing for prolonged times or a medical condition such as Arthritis.

    They are designed to work for any age group and any body weight. These insoles have a shock absorbing arch support to improve your posture and reduce pain not only in feet but also in ankles, hips, lower back and legs. Ideal for day-to-day walking, work, hiking, dog walking, shopping or standing all day. Excellent for everyday footwear that has a removable insole such as walking boots, trainers, wellington boots or work shoes.

    The unique PX1 material technology has been specifically engineered for walking, offering an outstanding shock absorption from heel to toe and helps to improve the comfort of any pair of shoes. Please wear them in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your feet time to get used to the insole.

We recommend buying your shoe size.

 If you’re a half-size, always size up.

 For example if you are a 6.5 buy our size 7-8. Our insoles can be easily trimmed with scissors at the forefoot for a perfect fit.

Simply use your current shoe insole as a guide when trimming and trim from the top.

Enertor insoles were designed to reduce impact, improve biomechanics and relieve common pain points, making them ideal for helping with:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Runner’s knee / patellofemoral pain
  • Shin splints
  • IT band syndrome
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Calf pain or tightness
  • Ball-of-foot pain / metatarsalgia /Morton’s neuroma

Both our running and walking insoles feature a metatarsal pad, a drop toe, subtle arch support and a raised heel.

Enertor insoles will work in most shoes and running shoes with removable insoles.

 They were designed to be super thin and lightweight.

For example they work great in football boots, hiking boots and tennis shoes.

They do not work in:

  • Ultra-wide shoes such as Altras
  • Stability shoes (those already with arch support)
  • Carbon plated shoes without a removable insole (unless you are willing to rip out their insoles)

Enertor insoles feature subtle arch support.

This makes them ideal for:

  • Neutral arches, 
  • Mild overpronation
  • Mild-to-moderate flat feet
  • Anyone who finds traditional high-arch or rigid orthotics uncomfortable.

They are not recommended for people who supinate or whose feet naturally roll outwards.
