Sole fitted shoe perfectly and did offer good support. However I found it pushed into my instep and after several weeks was still uncomfortable and had to return.
I love these shoes and how they can also breathe comforting life into older shoes too. Big fan, thank you.
Very happy with them, but bought them as part of an offer. England Athletics publicised in their newsletter saying that there was a free pair of socks with EVERY purchase. I tried to claim the offer code, but site responded as not valid. I contacted Enertor about this, but as yet, no reply. I do feel somewhat cheated by this false offer
Has made a massive difference to me, no more shooting pains in my heels. I am now able to jog and train again.
Would highly reccomend these, i know cheaper ones are available but they do not come close to these. I now have them in my trainers, woek boots and shoes.
Trimming them proved harder than I thought - you can’t just trim the front because the arch would then be in the wrong place. But trimming the back is difficult, and also somewhat self defeating since it destroys the integrity of the heel structure.
I walk my dog about 5 times a day, in wellies, so it was important for me to have the correct insoles for my feet, these are so very comfortable and they are the third pair that I have bought from you for different foot wear.
I’ve tried every insole know to man, so just thought this was another internet insole. I was very very wrong. I’m now a convert. Super super comfortable and supportive. Time to order some more.

Excellent insoles reduction in heel calf muscle discomfort would certainly recommend them for all active people
I’ve used these before in my trainers .. needed another pair for my walking shoes .. make a huge difference in stability and comfort
they are fabulous. I've tried many orthotic insoles over the years since my dodgy feet became dodgy including those specially fitted by a podiatrist. these are without doubt the most comfortable so far.
Really helping to enable me to continue my running alongside daly waling without damaging my feet.
Great addition to my running gear!
The most comfortable and supportive insoles I’ve ever bought .
Brought some for husband too.
Comfy with supportive good fit.
I bought these inserts because previous inserts were great, these had a hard plastic backing.
The inserts i purchased did not have hard plastic backing and as such, are not as good in my opinion. They looked the same on picture, so maybe a better description is required.
I am not sure these new soles are good enough for dropped arches they do not seem to give enough support like my first original purchases did.
The most comfortable insoles i have ever used.
I would recommend to any elderly person who needs to be active.
Bought a couple of pairs of Enertor insoles for better foot comfort. Fitted like a glove and have really helped me with a fallen arch foot issue. Will most likely order another couple to fit into some other boots I wear.
My order of walking insoles failed to arrive. I contacted Enteror and 2 days later I received a replacement order. Excellent service, very impressed. I can highly recommend the insoles, this will be my 5th and 6th pairs. I used to suffer from plantar fascitis, since using these I have been plantar free. Many thanks.
Although thinner and a different material to the original insoles l purchased, they are equally as comfortable and easier to place in the footwear.
Well these insoles work for me and I really rate them, they didn’t work for my husband who is troubled with plantar fasciitis at the moment which is very painful. He wasn’t prepared to persevere with these insoles even though they may have helped in the longer term. I’ve returned them but 4 weeks later I’m still awaiting a refund.
Great replacement for the poor insoles in my new walking boots (who will remain un-named!). Thank goodness for Enertor.
I have a hip problem and find it painful to walk but with enertor insoles find it easier to walk
These insoles have made a massive difference to both my running shoes and walking boots. I am suffering far less strains and pains! Yes they are expensive but I would highly recommend them.
I have been using these for a few years and very pleased with the comfort
Very comfortable but my foot that has plantar fasciitis the insole needed a little tweak by a podiatrist. Now much better.
I have plantar fasciitis which is causing pain in my right heel.
Before I bought from Enertor, I bought a different pair of insoles, but they were firm rather than soft which seemed to make the discomfirt worse.
I bought a wrap-around ankle support which seemed to help some nights but not on others.
I also bought a pair of Skecher Arch Fit shoes - and the jury is out on them, as they don't seem to help when I'm driving, but OK when eg shopping.
The Enertor walking insoles seem to reduce the discomfort better than the rest.
prefer the discontinued D30
I suffer with really painful heels from plantar fasciitis. The insoles have help but I still have pain. I think that if the arch support was more pronounced that would help as well.
Was not enough room in my trainers with these in and have cut too short trying to stop the pressure on my toes. Wish you did half sizes as in one pair of trainers they work but all the others it’s just too tight.
I spend my working days walking (20000 steps average), and at 64 years young find these insoles dynamic and my 1st choice in all my shoes and boots. I always strip out the flimsy insole of any new shoes/boots before I wear them and so far have no complaints. Suitable for all types of shoe/boot and provide maximum support and comfort for my old feet.
So so comfortable! You have to try them to believe it
I spend all day on my feet and my feet especially my heels really hurt. I was a bit sceptical of all the great reviews of this product but these insoles are absolutely fantastic. Feet felt comfy straight away and after a week no more pain in my work shoes. Highly recommended
Used Enertor insoles for years. Brilliant insole, the previous design was fine for work footwear but too big for trainers and similar footwear.
The new design is as comfortable from day one to the point of been worn through. My only complaint is the price but the insole provide that much benefit and comfort as I am on my feet all day that it is worth the cost.
Comfortable and pain free.
The best insoles by far a bit on the expensive side but do last a long time,I'm a postie and walk an average of 70 miles a week and they do the job well.
Great insole for my work boots when I am on my feet for over 9 hours. They help relive the pressure on your feet, knees and back. I don't know how I would be able to keep going through the working day without having these insoles in my boots.
Threw out the old, worn Slazenger insoles to be replaced by Enertor,
not cheap but worth every penny.
Like a breath of fresh air to my feet - “like walking on sunshine!!”.
No signs of improvement at all.
Extremely comfortable !!
They help me with my painful heels. I have a job that involves lots of outdoor walking and have tried various insoles to combat the strike effect but Enertor seem to work the best!
Have been wearing insoles for years, but these are some of the best I've tried. Walking the whole day has become easier.
The walking insoles are fantastic. The benefits of using them are definitely not exaggerated!
I do a lot of trail walking and gardening. I have used Enertor insoles before, as I have very flat feet and need arch support and cushioning. They really work, are hard-wearing and long-lasting, and DO make life comfortable for me.
Made no difference.
Tried a lot of others but these were the real deal. I can now walk much further and my feet are improving daily. Thanks!
They have definitely helped with my planter fascitis, I will be ordering g another pair very soon, just a ahame they are quite expensive. But worth it in my case.
I've waited a while before posting as it says you need to break insoles in. I've now done this and cannot be happier. Was having intermittent foot pain so decided to give them a go. I genuinely cannot be happier with the results. I'm a keen golfer walking around 18 miles a week and my feet are much less tired during the round. Foot pain in no longer an issue and I have now combined with the walking socks. I am surprised just how good these insoles are. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Really comfy , soft and supportive .. I hope they stay that way for along time ..
Working in the security industry and having 12 hour shifts, walking up to 30000 steps on a night shift I have tried out just about every insole on the market, these are the best, they even got me through Plantar fasciitis in one foot.
Their slightly more expensive than other insoles but totally worth it, comfortable throughout my shift, the comfort doesn’t fade during the shift like other insoles I have purchased.
I have been using the insoles for over a year now and will continue to do so.
Bought them for my son who thinks they are far better than the other store bought ones.
Fabulous product, have put them in all my shoes, boots & trainers to help resolve chronic heal/achillies pain. Would highly reccomend.
I bought these foot beds after suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for over 5 months. Within two days 95% of the pain and associated problems have gone, a genuine modern day miracle.
The best I've had in a long while, excellent
I have been using Enertor insoles in all my walking shoes and boots for a year or two now and I find they are very comfortable and protect my feet really well.
First pair of insoles I've ever bought. I was sceptical at first but was determined to give them a go. They've been in my work boots for 3 weeks now and have no idea why I haven't bought them until now. Gas fitter to trade and by 5 o'clock my lower back is usually achy along with the heels of my feet. I cover a lot of steps in a day and do a mental check around finishing time and am amazed at how comfy my feet are at that time. Also bought the running insoles for an old pair of basketball shoes that I haven't tried yet. I dare say they'll be pretty good.
On my feet all day, soon adapted and great, helped with Plantar Faschitis.
Bought some for my adult who loved them immediatltey.!! Got through to her After years of unsupportive trendy school shoes and being on her feet as a Barrista in cafes and Juice bars in poor trendy shoes.
Adult life as a dental nurse for her
Brilliant ;packaging and comms. you can feel the difference instantly! amazing.
I suffered with Posterior Tibialis tendinopathy for almost 12 months which has massively curtailed my sports activities, walking, standing and pretty much every day life I’ve had private Physiotherapy sessions and now been referred to the podiatrist service. After being issued with 1/2 insoles these caused pain in my metatarsal so brought these walking and running insoles all I can say is wow, I’m pain free whilst I have them on absolutely amazing and well worth the money thank you
Best purchase ever! Suffered badly with plantar fasciitis for ages. No more!
The only real negative is the colour of my white socks turning a shade of green from the insole. Otherwise the insole is fairly comfortable and I can feel the support when I walk.
I bought more to replace ones purchased some while ago with which I was very pleased
Very comfortable and provides good support.
After years of wearing custom orthotics my feet are not great. Ordered the enertor insoles in order to send my custom ones off for servicing. Within days I knew I had hit the jackpot. My feet haven't felt as comfortable in years. The shock absorption is fantastic. Might not bother with my custom ones anymore!!!
I was sceptical at first but thought what the hell ..take a chance as my foot pain is crazy due to all the miles I do each day !! These insoles are very comfortable indeed . Fitted straight in to my shoes with no issues . I have injuries to my feet so didn’t relieve all my pain but certainly 80%+ more comfy than before . Will order an extra pair for my other shoes !
Helps with a 10 mile plus a day walking.
Feels good when i leave a bin lorry to the ground. And walk
Delivered on time , good comfortable fit
Love my insoles, work 12hr shifts as a care assistant, the difference these make is unreal.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and severe Osteoarthritis and always have pain in my feet and knees when walking. I bought these to help minimise this. The first time I have worn them was for an all day hard core shopping trip! They were amazing! Pain was minimised and I had the most comfortable day shopping for years. Normally I would suffer severely in the evening after such a long day on my feet but this was minimal. Thank you. I will be being additional pairs for my work shoes too. Also whilst I can't run I will be buying some running ones for wearing whilst I am doing my PT sessions. Great product!
Awesome feel for 10 miles a day on the feet.
Bought walking Enertor insoles to help with my Planter F. Together with Hoka trainers and Enertors walking is much more comfortable Will buy more
These walking insoles do work. But they are too big to fit some of my shoes. And they are very expensive, for what they are.
I have seen a significant reduction in the pain of plantar fasciitis within a week of using the walking insoles.
As a solution for metatarsalgia unfortunately the insole did not make any improvement to the condition and I think it is because the instep is not pronounced enough. However It has good cushioning so I added another insole, from another company, which has a pronounced instep and the combination of the two has made a significant difference to my comfort when walking. Something for you to think about.
I suffer from very painful feet, having little padding on the soles of my feet. To try to gain some relief and remain just about mobile, I have spent a fortune on very many insoles, most of which claim to be the answer to my problem. Unfortunately, the majority provide little or no relief; one or two have provided some temporary relief. Because of my previous experiences I was reluctant to purchase yet another pair of quite expensive insoles. Oh ye of little faith! Although still early days, the initial reaction is that the Enertor Walkers are helping my problem and are giving me improved support and comfort. Indeed today I was able to walk for approx. 500 yards - something I have not been able to do for over 2 years. So, I am hoping that once my new insoles settle in more, I may one day be able to walk at least a mile! Thank you for your help so far.
Good for Planter facitius
Bought two pairs a number of years ago as I’m constantly on my feet and loved them. New job and needed another couple of pairs for work trainers and boots. No hesitation in buying them. The most hard wearing and comfy insoles I’ve used.
The best insoles on the market
I bought my first pair of Running insoles to see if they would help deal with a knee problem, their impact was immediate and the performance was beyond belief. The original insoles supplied with my running shoes do not perform well compared to the new insoles.
I now have three pairs of Running insoles which I use for training, racing and general wear.
Customer care is brilliant and I would highly recommend the Running insoles.
As good as my carbon fibre orthotics. I’ll be ordering more so I don’t have to swap when wearing different shoes. I recommended them to 2 more people and they too have noticed the benefits.
I use them in both walking boots and trail trainers
I’m a 55 year old landscaper who suffers from plantar fasciitis, I find the insoles work well in my work boots and welly’s but a little to chunky for everyday shoes , definitely help if on your feet all day
Golf !! Walking 6 miles a day with 22lbs on my back . Walking , balancing, swinging ,,, gripping stance if required . Can I attribute my handicap dropping to 1- feom 26 in one year to The sooles in my golf shoes !! Yes in part because I never had sore feet or legs .. just bought second set .
I use the Running and Walking insoles in all my footwear as I find them beneficial in reduces fatigue in my muscles as well as provide comfort under foot!
One thing to be aware of though is that the new top layer finish has caused the yellow dye from the logo print to transfer to my socks. Thai never happed with the old style insoles . So now alL the undersides of my socks have yellow dye stains! Annoying but I can live with it I suppose
I was told by my physio after a calf stain that the change of my work shoes had contributed to this injury. As the shoes did not have very much support I purchase a pair of these insoles following the successful purchase of a pair for running. I am have now recovered from the injury and started pain free running again.
Every time I wear a pair of shoes without my Enertor insoles I end up in pain. I have plantar fasciitis and also problems with the ball of my foot. What a difference they make to my life.
Brilliant so comfy
I’ve suffered with dropped arch, on my left foot, for over 12 years, tried lots of different insoles, but these seem a lot better, still get some back pain, but I suffer with osteoarthritis, so a little less pain is always a bonus. Will get another pair, for other shoes.
I recently got my first pair of Enertor running insoles & after a few hundred miles of trail I can say I absolutely love them - comfy, stable, with a reassuring bounce/elasticity, they take a load of pressure off bones/joints/tendons/ligaments/muscles, add spring to my step, reduce recovery time. Suitably convinced, I’ve purchased a pair of Enertor walking insoles. So far so good. Similar but different to the running insoles. I walk quite a lot with my dog, up to 10 miles a day & am loving the bounce, the comfort, the warmth & the stability. I’m a convert! For what it’s worth I’m 52, active, run about 20-30 miles a wk, walk a bit more, have had some injuries (Morten’s Neuroma, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis), have been into yoga, swimming, running, walking, cycling for about 30 years.
I have had plantar fasciitis for a very long time along with another heel problem. I’ve tried every thing in terms of the recommended exercises and probably every other foot product on the UK market. It looked like my next move would be surgery or some other physical intrusion.
After only about 10 days use I can’t believe the massive difference these insoles have made for the better. I was thinking one last desperate try with yet another pair of new walking shoes and hiking boots before I stumbled across these insoles. Although it’s still early days, I am confident I’ve found my answer for pain free exercise.
Watch out you long distance paths and European Camino routes, I’m back!
They took about a week to wear them in their very comfortable in my trainers when I'm out walking my dog I done 79 miles last month my feet don't hurt I'm very happy with my purchase
I’ve been using the Enertor walking insoles for 2 weeks in my Trespass hiking shoes. The manufacturer insoles we’re useless and I almost returned the shoes. I then tried Sorbothane insoles but they were overly spongey. So far so good with Enertor. Although they have less padding than some others, I’ve found them to be much more stable and comfortable.
I love these insoles, which I put in my wellies, to walk my dog. Although expensive, I feel you get what you pay for, and these are my third pair I have bought. I know that they are helping with my posture when I am walking, which is great, thank you!
