Have a specific injury? These insoles are great for:
I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but I really can feel the benefits of this insole a week on since fitting them. Only today, I notably felt really comfortable walking. In fact, no sooner had I taken my boots off and started walking around the house, I got a soreness, around my heel. I'm sure that is proof in itself that the insoles are working. I'm also sure that as time goes on these insoles will totally eradicate my plantar fascitiis.
I am 70 years old and have a regular exercise regime including a 6 mile hill walk 5 days a week . I have been troubled with pain in my right foot due to gout which is controlled to an extent via changes in diet. Soreness in my toe and the ball of my right were interfering with my walking. For a while I had to cut down on how often, and how far I walk. The insoles which I fitted in my trainers and regular walking shoes have made a fantastic difference. No more pain when I train. They are not cheap but the money was well spent to get my life back on track.
I have had padded insoles before, but thought I would try these. I have had no knee pain and there is plenty of cushioning with every step, they work.
Still breaking them in so I will see how long they last.
Standing all day in a warehouse environment is very tough on your feet and I have found that the walking insoles have a great
ability to cushion your feet throughout a long shift.
Bought these after being recommended by chiropodist, I work
12hr shifts with safety boots on & I have found these insoles to be very comfortable & relieve pressure points on the soles of my feet.
Saw the ad on insta. Thought they were maybe bit pricey. But decided to give them a try and they are well worth the money, so comfortable and when you replace them into your trainers they fit well whereas some insoles end up making the shoe you put them in too small for your feet.
V good, but I was caught between sizes,I should have got 5/6. So I trimmed them, and they are ok
