Increased Energy Levels

Nilit® Innergy yarn converts the naturally occurring thermo energy of the human body into Far Infrared Rays, helping to warm the muscles and push the body’s anaerobic limit.

Accelerated Recovery

Graduated compression for improved circulation, enhanced oxygen delivery and decreased lactic acid to help alleviate cramps and faster recovery.

Energy powers us and enables us to perform in everything we do, both mentally and physically. It can be the reason why we win or lose, or simply be at our best.

Engineered with advanced materials, Enertor® Recovery Socks are particularly effective in the post-recovery and preparation phases of training or competition. The graduated compression helps to improve circulation, enhance oxygen delivery and decrease lactic acid to help alleviate cramps and recover muscles faster.

Enertor® Energy Recovery socks contain advanced Nilit® Innergy energy return fibres, Graduated Compression and EnergyKnit™ band.

Nilit® Innergy yarn converts the naturally occurring thermo energy of the human body into Far Infrared Rays, the effects of which can be increased energy levels, strengthened performance and can help push the body’s anaerobic limit during all sports activities.

Advanced Graduated Compression technology, particularly effective in the recovery and preparation phases of training or competition. Improved circulation, enhanced oxygen delivery and decreased lactic acid can alleviate cramps and recover muscles faster.

EnergyKnit™ band flexes and returns in place during physical activity. Stabilising the sock, it can help prevent potentially unnecessary loss of energy and performance.

Ventilation panels enhance breathability and help transfer moisture away from the body.

What people are saying about Enertor insoles?

  • James T

    Excellent insoles
Really comfy and provide excellent support and cushioning. I’ve used on two runs so far and feet have felt less tired afterwards.

  • Laura S.

    Excellent impact protection
As a reviewer has mentioned below – these won’t fit in lower profile shoes or spikes, however in day to day running shoes, they’re great. I’ve started using them whilst coming back from tendonitis and while they make no medical claims, they’re definitely helping with impact absorbency and comfort. Would be 5 stars if I could fit them in every pair I own!

Revitalised some very old road shoes
These insoles were great, they’ve given a whole new lease of life to some very well used trainers that were going in the bin, now, they have helped me avoid spending that money, very comfortable, pretty full in size, so they are fine with normal trainers, but probably won’t work so well with minimalist footwear.

  • Chelsey

    Excellent Insole
The insoles felt really great. However, in some shoes it would raise your foot position height, higher than was comfortable, and so there was a greater risk of the shoe falling off due to the thickness of the insoles. But otherwise they were really good, nice and comfortable.

  • Charlotte Scott

    Very supportive
With a high arch and instep I can often not feel supported with the usual innersoles that come in trainers. With these I get the support I need as well as benefiting from the additional shock absorption.

  • Jen b.

Helped me run for the first time..
Having never been able to run before as it used to hurt my knees, Enertor insoles have given me the support/injury reduction properties that have allowed me to start running pain free for the last two weeks. Thank you Enertor!

  • Richard

    Best I’ve Used
Recently received my Enertor insoles and put them straight to use in my running shoes. Have used many pairs of insoles previously but these are by far the most comfortable. The heel cup holds the foot in position perfectly and the cushioning is superb without compromising on stability. Look forward to many miles in them. Recommended

    Try before you buy.
Tried in one pair of trainers and felt my heels slipping. Tried with another pair and fit is good. Also love the support for my arches having had problems before with plantar fasciitis NHS issued kit was rubbish in trainers. I feel these would have been far better.

    Initial thoughts
I have had the enertor in my shoes for three days of the Christmas season. Lots of hours on my feet but have not texted them in my hiking boots carrying a ~35 lb pack for 4, 6 or more hours. That I will do in the next week or so and provide another review. I have been a Sole user for the past three years and they have served me wonderfully well on many backpacking trips in the Pacific Northwest, The Rockies and trekking in Bhutan (25 days on the Snowman Trek), Tibet (The World’s Highest Trek to Camp lll on Mt. Everest), Bolivia, Pakistan (16 days into K2 base camp) and many more. I chose to try the enertor based reviews, including by Michael Lanza of the Big Outside. Thus far they have been great. Very comfortable and no tired feet after three 8-10 hour days chasing grandchildren and doing festive activities.

    Ultra distance
Enertor insoles give excellent energy return! Fatigue is a main issues over running ultra distances, Enertor insoles definitely reduce this by cushioning heel impact and helping a better foot strike which is more mid-fore foot than heel. I’ll definitely be using them for future 50 & 100 Mile ultras.
