Love these!!
These are absolutely fantastic!! I have suffered badly with shin splints for a number of years and I have finally found insoles that help with the pain and decrease the amount I suffer from them! Would recommend these to anyone! -

Potential
The insoles themselves are designed well with functioning technology that can have real performance benefits. However, I found the insoles slightly too thick (football boots) which gave a feeling of vulnerability towards twisting or rolling my ankle. With slight modification to the depth of the product I think this could be potentially be a good, beneficial insole. -

Plantar fasciitis pain
Before trying these insoles I was unable to run more than a mile because of plantar pain. A couple of months later I completed a half marathon. They are also incredibly comfortable. I shall not run without these insoles again. -

Great footbeds!
Slightly too snug and heavy for use with my approach shoes, but amazing with my three season walking boots. Very supportive and reduced impact noticeable after a long day of summer mountaineering in the Pyrenees. -

Helped me run longer..yay!
I have been dealing with some weird hip/knee pain running for the past year or so. I was limited to getting in maybe 3 or 4 miles before serious pain set in so I thought I would give these a shot because I have tried just about everything else short of the doctor. I have upped my milage to 9 1/2 miles (so far) with less pain than I have had in months so that was super exciting. It feels like they helped take some impact off of my knee and helped stabilize my hip. The pain isn’t gone but these definitely made a difference in my comfort so that is a step in the right direction. Big thumbs up for these insoles! -

Revitalised some very old road shoes
These insoles were great, they’ve given a whole new lease of life to some very well used trainers that were going in the bin, now, they have helped me avoid spending that money, very comfortable, pretty full in size, so they are fine with normal trainers, but probably won’t work so well with minimalist footwear.
