    Excellent
These insoles are excellent. I am able to run longer without any discomfort.

    Great Insoles
I bought the insoles during a 50% off sale to try it out. I just started running in them and had to get used to it the first few times. I feel like they give me an extra cushion during my landing. They squeak a little bit but I’m hoping that goes away after a few more runs.

Good insoles, but bad for wide toed shoes
Though I could feel an improvement overall, I can tell they are not made for wide-toed shoes, like the Altras I run in. I’m sure they work great with traditional shoes, and look forward to using them in my next pair.

8 out of 10 for Enertor
8 out of 10 for Enertor. 4 years ago I had to stop teaching the exercise classes I have loved doing for years. I stepped out of bed and couldn’t walk because of the excruciating pain in the bottom of both feet. I had caught the dreaded plantar fasciitis. So started endless rounds of different therapies – physiotherapy, strapping, bespoke designed orthotics , acupuncture, shock therapy, massage, osteopath and of course the internet. I didn’t realize there were so many experts in the world of foot pain! I had my own Pilates business teaching the over 50s; Zumba and dance were included. All teaching had to stop because I couldn’t use my feet. Then I saw this fancy box of insoles talking about new technology, and a completely new material which reduces shockwaves through the foot, so decided to try them. After some effort trying to trim them to fit they seem to be doing the trick. No pain in the heels even after one whole day of wearing. I shall be recommending them to my clients.

    These Really Helped
I often get blisters on my arches because running shoes try to cushion too much… These insoles were great because they lift your heel a bit higher, and the arch falls away a bit closer to the heel so there’s less rubbing. I’m only a beginner runner – training for a 5 mile run, but so far these have really helped to keep my energy up, reduce blisters and keep a spring in my step!

    Fantastic and well worth it
I’ve been using the insoles for a couple of weeks now. The only problem I seem to be having with them is that they are too thick for some shoes, as I require more support for my ankles my running shoes. When I have used them, I have noticed increased spring when I push off so there is definitely something working well with these.

    Good impact support
The insoles offer very good impact support around the heel while out pounding the streets. Worth having. The only thing I would suggest is you try them in new shoes before buying. I find they fit in my current shoes but push my toes forward and I could really do with half a size bigger
