World’s Toughest Runs: The Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc
The Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) is renowned to be one of the toughest races in the world. There […]
I tried these insoles playing tennis. My feet usually ache after the game, they were not aching after using these insoles
I have had issues with shin splints for months and these have helped in my day to day life haven’t used them for running yet as I had no time to train at the moment, well worth the money.
I have used them for badminton and feel less pressure on the knees. Only problem they are a bit thick for some shoes. Great in walking boots where insoles are removable. My husband also has a pair and finds them comfortable but not experiencing any difference in performance.
Insoles put pep in your step.
I have never run with any type of insert in my shoes, but that being said I did feel like these made a difference. The pair of shoes I used them in had quite a few miles on them, but I can safely say that the inserts made the shoes feel springier, peppier, and overall “newer” feeling. They still feel this way after several weeks of use and I’m looking forward to being able to try them out on a timed run. Overall, with my limited experience I would still recommend them to someone who is looking to experiment with adding an insert into their existing running shoes.
Not used insoles before but have been very impressed with these. Size 10s fit snuggly in my trainers (once I’d taken the old ones out) and don’t move when on the run. Very comfortable and help to cushion the impact when road running. Very pleased.
10 years and a new start
It’s been a long holiday from exercise and a tough, if determined return. Adding Enetor insoles into the mix 3-weeks in has actually made a pleasurable difference, just when I’d begun to wonder if the effort was worth it. Def. a base part of my new kit.
These are a good quality, comfortable insole that gives really good support and cushioning. My only gripe is that it does make the shoe feel heavy, though this isn’t any different to the others I have tried.
8 out of 10 for Enertor
8 out of 10 for Enertor. 4 years ago I had to stop teaching the exercise classes I have loved doing for years. I stepped out of bed and couldn’t walk because of the excruciating pain in the bottom of both feet. I had caught the dreaded plantar fasciitis. So started endless rounds of different therapies – physiotherapy, strapping, bespoke designed orthotics , acupuncture, shock therapy, massage, osteopath and of course the internet. I didn’t realize there were so many experts in the world of foot pain! I had my own Pilates business teaching the over 50s; Zumba and dance were included. All teaching had to stop because I couldn’t use my feet. Then I saw this fancy box of insoles talking about new technology, and a completely new material which reduces shockwaves through the foot, so decided to try them. After some effort trying to trim them to fit they seem to be doing the trick. No pain in the heels even after one whole day of wearing. I shall be recommending them to my clients.
Found these very comfy and cushioned but did slightly supinate my feet. On one leg this felt fine on other it took a bit of getting use to. I used these at the end of an Olympic triathlon where the 10k run was very tough and the comfort was noted. Only problem being with the thickness of the insole, when I ran without socks this lifted my heel up in shoe and gave me a blister where I can normally run in my triathlon trainers without socks. I’d only use these for longer triathlons where I would definitely be wearing socks.
I have never been able to find the “right” insole!! Now I have!!!!! Thank you! I can’t wait to buy my next pair of insoles for running!
